“Wish I could give the atmosphere and service a 10. One of the most ascetically pleasing and pleasant little coffee/botanical shop I have had the pleasure to visit. The great service can be attributed to the owner and staff; who after only a couple visits had already remembered my order and always greeted me with a “good morning and a smile,” which is on par with everybody in this lovely Town of Pakenham. Highly recommend, even if you do not drink coffee. There is something here for everyone. The shelves are filled with beautiful plants, art, artesanal goods and other pieces of interest. “Usually the best McDonald’s I go to, the few times I’ve had an issue it was immediately resolved, but I don’t know why today I asked the same guy twice for full fries and each time it was only marginally more full, it was also the first time an employee has taken back the thing that needed replacing and just topped it up which just seemed unhygienic, he didn’t know if I washed my hands or not before touching the bag he grabbed from me, after all that the fries still look low to me. I don’t know if it’s just me but if I’m spending $30 on a meal for two I’d like to not see the whole top of the container, or maybe just don’t go and barely top them up the first or second time? He saw that I was upset and I just frowned when he asked me if that was good before he immediately walked away, I never like confronting people just doing they jobs but I like to ask for help when I can, and everyone else here that I’ve asked for help from has been accommodating, but maybe not everyone has gotten the memo? I wouldn’t have even bother writing this but I don’t know how else to approach that kind of awkward situation over something that should have been trivial on McDonald’s side, but is pretty big for me, when this is a treat for once in awhile.

I want to change this review asap, since there isn’t an option to rate the average vs a singular interaction, I just hope this is an outlying event.“
