“Staff was kind, efficient, and it was nice to see the amount of cleaning that done by all three employees. They all took care wiping down all surfaces they touched before helping the next person in line. There was a few of us placing several sub orders and the staff was amazing with all of us.“

“Fast food restaurants are not known for having all-star customer service, but I experienced the sweetest, most warm hearted woman in recent memory who prepared our dinner on October 11th, 2024 around 5:00 PM, and I just wanted to compliment and recognize her for how pleasant and caring she was. I didn't catch her name, but she was of Indian descent. I hope she is respected by Subway administration because she clearly is superior to thousands of local fast food employees. “Customer Suggestion : When taking orders please do it with the pen & paper for fewer mistakes. Today @ 4:53pm the employee while slicing meat on another order asked me my order then when he got done slicing the meat he put my order on the paper by his memory. When I received my first sub it was incorrect and acted like I didn’t tell him correctly. So they corrected my sub still thinking it was my fault 🤦‍♂️ So this is just a friendly suggestion to take orders with pen and paper in hand. Please & Thank You !“

“Tubby’s has been my favorite sub shop since I was young. Nothing beats the famous sub and dressing. They have awesome fries too. This location seriously has THE BEST Detroit deep dish pizza. This location also has friendly staff and quick service. 13/10“

“Upkeep of the facility was lacking some was my initial impression. The staff was friendly and offered some recommendations for new customers. They do store their bread in clear trashbags, which was not the best presentation. The subs are surprisingly large so don't let the price be a shock. I believe the prices to be fair for the amount of food you recieve. It did seem to have a steady flow of customers ordering while I dinned in. The food was good but, it isn't my typical "go to" sub styles or toppings I prefer.“

“Order through DoorDash, When delivery arrived there was some confusion on the pesto pasta. I called the store to confirm the order since looking at the order it was only a cup not a “bowl to which I want” not a cup. Called the store and their response was “They only do pesto bowel generally for catering and it was their first notice that DoorDash offers bowls.” The delivery driver had to do a 2nd run really quick to fix the order to which the person was very respectful and polite after returning with the correct order. Though I felt bad not knowing they closed shop at 9pm. ? Im truck driver and wanted extra leftovers for tomorrow work. Kudos to Jimmy John’s staff and their driver.“
