“Staff was kind, efficient, and it was nice to see the amount of cleaning that done by all three employees. They all took care wiping down all surfaces they touched before helping the next person in line. There was a few of us placing several sub orders and the staff was amazing with all of us.“

“Customer Suggestion : When taking orders please do it with the pen & paper for fewer mistakes. Today @ 4:53pm the employee while slicing meat on another order asked me my order then when he got done slicing the meat he put my order on the paper by his memory. When I received my first sub it was incorrect and acted like I didn’t tell him correctly. So they corrected my sub still thinking it was my fault 🤦‍♂️ So this is just a friendly suggestion to take orders with pen and paper in hand. Please & Thank You !“

“Fast food restaurants are not known for having all-star customer service, but I experienced the sweetest, most warm hearted woman in recent memory who prepared our dinner on October 11th, 2024 around 5:00 PM, and I just wanted to compliment and recognize her for how pleasant and caring she was. “Tubby’s has been my favorite sub shop since I was young. Nothing beats the famous sub and dressing. They have awesome fries too. This location seriously has THE BEST Detroit deep dish pizza. This location also has friendly staff and quick service. 13/10“

“Upkeep of the facility was lacking some was my initial impression. The staff was friendly and offered some recommendations for new customers. They do store their bread in clear trashbags, which was not the best presentation. The subs are surprisingly large so don't let the price be a shock. I believe the prices to be fair for the amount of food you recieve. It did seem to have a steady flow of customers ordering while I dinned in. The food was good but, it isn't my typical "go to" sub styles or toppings I prefer.“

“Friendly and patient staff. Fixed sub exactly the way I requested. Fresh cut fries always a winner. 1st time visiting and I'm sure it won't be the last. Reasonably priced. 2 subs, medium fries, 2 drinks, and cookie under 25 dollars.“

“This food chain was by far the best I've had. The staff was friendly and they had a clean restroom. The sandwich that I ordered was the chicken, bacon and ranch hot sandwich. It came with bacon, I had requested crispy bacon but it wasn't hard at all. That was disappointing but the sandwich was so good, it didn't even matter! That was the best sandwich I've had from a sandwich chain by far. If the bacon was crispy, it would've been 5 stars hands down! I will go back and this time, I'll elaborate on the doneness of the bacon. Even with the softer bacon, I still loved my food! I didn't care for the lemon cookie, it has a weird aftertaste like the sugar is artificial or something. I'll pass on that.
