“Staff was kind, efficient, and it was nice to see the amount of cleaning that done by all three employees. They all took care wiping down all surfaces they touched before helping the next person in line. There was a few of us placing several sub orders and the staff was amazing with all of us.“

“Fast food restaurants are not known for having all-star customer service, but I experienced the sweetest, most warm hearted woman in recent memory who prepared our dinner on October 11th, 2024 around 5:00 PM, and I just wanted to compliment and recognize her for how pleasant and caring she was. I didn't catch her name, but she was of Indian descent. I hope she is respected by Subway administration because she clearly is superior to thousands of local fast food employees. “This jersey Mike’s restaurant had great service. It was very clean and the food was delicious as usual I ordered one hot and one cold and they were both perfect and highly recommend this location for a perfect sandwich.

Vegetarian options: Obviously you can get a bowl what they call a tub of vegetables and there’s a vegetarian option with some salad dressing I guess the vinegar and oil I think you’re probably stretching it to say it’s a vegetarian chain or outlet

Parking: It is a busy plaza. There are many many stores in that plaza on that strip so I’m not saying that you won’t find a parking spot. I’m just saying it’s a busy strip plaza.“

“Tubby’s has been my favorite sub shop since I was young. Nothing beats the famous sub and dressing. They have awesome fries too. This location seriously has THE BEST Detroit deep dish pizza. This location also has friendly staff and quick service. 13/10“

“Upkeep of the facility was lacking some was my initial impression. The staff was friendly and offered some recommendations for new customers. They do store their bread in clear trashbags, which was not the best presentation. The subs are surprisingly large so don't let the price be a shock. I believe the prices to be fair for the amount of food you recieve. It did seem to have a steady flow of customers ordering while I dinned in. The food was good but, it isn't my typical "go to" sub styles or toppings I prefer.“

“Very quick due to how not many people eat here because of it being a hospital, very professional the man working today was very friendly and communicative which I liked, he was upbeat as if nothing bothered him. The sub was amazing, but it could have used a little more meat on one side of it.“

“Ordered online from Allen Park at 6:05. Email states ordered would be ready at 6:25. Arrived at 6:28 and ordered wasn’t even started yet! They said they were busy. I should have been next since I was in the store but they continued to wait on everyone else and then waited on me! I tip 20% for carry out and since service didn’t warrant a tip, I want that refunded. Wrong bread on my sub was wrong, no big deal. Still good sub. I’m upset due to the fact of what is the point of ordering online if the order “doesn’t jump the line?”. Won’t happen again.EDIT: I talked to Brenda the manager and she was apologetic and offered me a remake of my order. She explained it was a new employee and he wasn’t familiar with the online orders and there was a call off that night. I appreciate the honesty and will visit this location again.“

“I'm giving this subway 4 stars because it was a drive through and they were really on their stuff!The sandwiches were not only made right but the best looking sandwiches I've ever seen.Not only that but made fresh and had me out of the drive through within a minute.It was fantastic.“

“Order through DoorDash, When delivery arrived there was some confusion on the pesto pasta. I called the store to confirm the order since looking at the order it was only a cup not a “bowl to which I want” not a cup. Called the store and their response was “They only do pesto bowel generally for catering and it was their first notice that DoorDash offers bowls.” The delivery driver had to do a 2nd run really quick to fix the order to which the person was very respectful and polite after returning with the correct order. Though I felt bad not knowing they closed shop at 9pm. ? Im truck driver and wanted extra leftovers for tomorrow work. Kudos to Jimmy John’s staff and their driver.“

“I will make the extra 5 minute drive to this subway instead of the one nearest me. Employees are friendly and fast and the owner is very nice as well. Dining area and work station is always clean. I wish I could give them a bonus star for staying open later than usual compared to other subways.“
