“I visited Kelsey’s last Friday and just had to shout out the amazing bartender, Victoria. The drinks she made were absolutely delicious and she really knew what she was doing behind the bar. My girlfriend ordered the passion fruit mule and actually mentioned more than once how perfect it was — she said it was one of the best she’s had.

Victoria was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back, and thanks again to Victoria for the great service!“

“Lovely meal of shared plates (the octopus was delicious), cocktails and a glass of wine. We were greeted with a small glass of complimentary bubbly as it was our anniversary...very nice touch. We were in the smaller dining area near the bar which was perfect as it was much quieter than the larger area. Would highly recommend.“

“We truly enjoyed a leisurely lunch today at Kelsey's Richmond Hill. We need to give a lot of the credit and thanks to our server, Sarah, who was always there when we needed her. She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. “This specific location is one of me and my partner’s go to spots. Not just because the meat is prepared better here, but because of Deborah’s service. She always greets us at the door and remembers every tiny details. Moving the chairs so we can sit same side, provides us extra chili powder (highly recommend to sprinkle this on every piece of meat), “everything the same?” after we place our order and our excitement for the complimentary marshmallows at the end. Deborah goes above and beyond for this location. Shoutout to her for always carrying the whole restaurant on her back.“
