Most places rush and make me drop my change as they toss my drink in the window he patiently waited to hand me my straw as I rushed to take it from him, he said something telling me it’s ok no rush but was still only at the window for 25 seconds around 4pm, he was so respectful and very well mannered.“

I got a follow-up response from the owner, kudos to the person (always smart to follow up on customer's feedback however ungrounded ), I get to rectify this erroneous rating. I'm giving a five-star because I've always enjoyed the service at any Timmys I go to and this shop makes the effort to following up on a 2-star rating speaks volume to how much they care about the customers and the brand.“

“Wonderful experience because of Anita!! I came to this Starbucks earlier today because my drink was made with the wrong type of milk and I’m lactose intolerant. I admit when I came in I was very short with the supervisor but she was so lovely the entire time and as incredibly patient with me. She greeted me with a smile and even though I could tell she was stressed out since she was busy, she was attentive and kind the entire time. I’ll definitely be back here because of this experience!!“
