“Was looking for somewhere in this mall to meet a friend. Used google for a list of places to eat in this mall and came across this little gem of a place. Great food, quality, great service, and reasonably priced. Good location to get to many other things in Barrie. Looking forward to going back and trying more menu options. Both myself and friend enjoyed our meal.

Vegetarian options: Noticed some options and some gluten free items also.

Parking: Restaurant was one of the cleanest I have visited in a long time. Decorated very nicely. Made the visit enjoyable. Restaurant I noticed has a full bar area.

Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids but didn’t see a play area. Geared more for adults. Noticed also a full bar area.

Their selection of donuts and Timbits is unmatched, with something for every sweet tooth (I'm partial to the honey cruller and birthday cake Timbits!).

“Taking the time to write this review today as I got a Trenta pink drink that was accidentally knocked over by my son while shopping. When I returned to order a new drink, the employee (Denise, or Diane her name started with a D) replaced my drink. I was not expecting this and she was so kind and understanding. Although it’s not a big Starbucks restaurant she performed high quality service and really made me smile. She also works so promptly and showed other customers her continuous smile and positive energy. Thank you so much!“

“My husband Tom picked up 6 muffins I pre ordered last weekend and the lady was so very kind and had them set aside and honestly the muffins were amazing! “After I heard my son’s Allison and Michelle snickering about my sexuality I had to show them I was a man’s man, and fast. It all started when my wife would leave for her over night shift and I’d have a couple of my pals over for Greco Roman wrestling night. My kids would hear the grunts and groans but they never believed me that we were just wrestling. I started bringing home ice caps to show them I was hip and cool but the addiction got so bad. Like many of you, I downloaded grinder and started meeting up with men for coffees and such. Long story short my wife has full custody of the kids and I have to move out in 2 weeks. Anyone want to meet up for a coffee?“

“I always have a great experience with the drive-through people In the store, however, usually when we come into the Into the front counter, we usually have a very bad experience. I find there’s two people that come to the counter and they always look so miserable today. However, there was a young guy. I think his name is Eno ENHo A dark colored fellow anyways, he was awesome. I am. He was very polite very helpful. He apologized when there wasn’t any napkins and I said he never had to apologize for that. He was just very friendly and smiling and that’s the first time at the front counter and experience. Excellent customer service kudos to him“

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for over 7 years, and honestly, the only reason this review is so delayed is because I truly thought I had already written one!

The entire team here is fantastic, but I absolutely have to shout out Maggie and Trevor — they are the heart and soul of this store. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond, making each customer feel valued and welcome. Not once have they ever made me feel like an inconvenience, no matter how busy it gets.

A perfect example: there's a newer barista (likely still in training), and a few of the drinks haven’t been quite right. For the first time ever, I’ve had to bring a drink back — and every single time, Maggie or Trevor has remade it quickly, kindly, and with no fuss, making sure I get the drink I know and love.

Trevor, in particular, has incredible people-reading skills. He somehow knows exactly when to chat and brighten your day — even while multitasking — and when to give you space until you’ve had that first sip of caffeine (which, let’s be honest, is a superpower).

And Maggie... there aren’t enough words for how genuinely sweet and kind she is. She has such a warm, calming presence and truly makes your day better just by being herself. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like her lighting up the store.

“I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch creme frappe on Friday February 23rd around 7:30pm and the girl working who made my drink was the absolute best. Nobody has made my drink better. “I would always recommend this tim hortans in the morning always fast and most important always right but i just got home with what im pretty sure is a cup half filled with milk quater coffee absoulty disgusting product i even questioned him because the lid was labled +m 1s he said oh sorry it should b a 1 and let me leave with this warm cup of milk not at all what i ordered would have taken him half a min 2 fix the mistake instead of lie and loose a costomer i understand they dont care if they loose one costumer but thats not the point we pay for the coffee we should be able 2 drink and enjoy what we order“

“I have luved, Timmy's coffee from the time my father bought myself there in the Barrie Tim Hortons, when I was around 19yrs old. My only disappointment is when they cancelled the Dutchy and cinnamon rolls, especially the glazed One's. Leaving me with very few choices other than a 20 pack of mixed Tim Bits.“
