Today it was quite the opposite… Soggy undercooked fries, terrible cheese…. Woman serving up the food did not have a face mask on when handling food. I hope this was a one time disappointment.“

“Always a great experience at Pizza Hut! The pizzas are hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I really like the stuffed crust and the variety of toppings. Staff is friendly and service is quick. I usually order online and it’s ready on time every time. Garlic bread and wings are also worth trying. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a pizza night!“

“We called ahead and ordered for a family pizza night. We got there the order was ready, no line up, all other customers were addressed and getting their food. Easiest experience and great customer service.

The pizza was so fresh too!“

“Travelling home from Vancouver to Timmins, we stopped at this Wendy’s for a quick bite. Wendy’s is usually my go-to when travelling, as I find it to be the most consistent across the board among fast food chains. What made this stop particularly excellent was Jack. Jack was the young man working behind the counter who served us. Not only was he fast and efficient, but his communication skills were/are excellent.

As we were eating, Jack came out to the floor to clean the tables and chairs. He then went over to the condiment station, restocking napkins and making sure everything was tidy. He didn’t miss a beat. This young man is an exceptional employee and deserves to be recognized.

Jack somehow managed to make my favourite burger taste even better— maybe that’s just the Jack effect 😆

“I order ahead on the app, and my orders are almost always on time and correct. However, they did mess up once and completely lost the order.

Ravish was very apologetic and offered a free medium sub as a gesture of goodwill. That’s great customer service!“

FYI, I gave the Dairy Queen in ANGUS a bad review because their food lately has not been good. A couple of weeks ago, the blizzard I ordered tasted like stale ice cream with rancid chocolate. “I find Wendy’s to be a decent choice when I’m looking for a quick meal. Their baked potatoes, garden salads, and fries are reliable options, and I appreciate that they offer customizable sandwiches if you want to skip the meat. However, compared to other fast-food chains, Wendy’s could definitely expand their vegetarian menu with more plant-based proteins or meatless burger options. Overall, it’s good for a simple meal, but I hope to see more variety for vegetarians in the future.“

“I just watched a costumer totally freak out at your staff (which was totally uncalled for) and your staff handled it wayyyy better than I would have! She cursed and got mad for a tiny mistake that the staff was trying to fix. You have awesome staff and they deserve to be treated better than that!“

“My husband, kids and I stopped at Swiss Chalet on Barrie View Drive on the way to our cottage last week. It is always our go-to! Reliable food, kind servers, clean space. This time, we splurged for the new cheesecake that our server, Shannon recommended for desert. Needless to say, we will be back on our way home next week as the girls haven’t stopped talking about the cheesecake.
