“TLDR: The pizza and boneless bites are great, and they deliver with care.

These guys have been good to us ever since we started ordering pizza from them. They have made mistakes regarding our orders, but they made up for them promptly (it usually helps to be polite to them first) and brought us correct food. Recently, there was an ice storm and power was out all over our region, but Pizza Hut was still open (unfortunately no delivery, but that made sense at the time). There's only one table and two chairs inside so I wouldn't recommend dining in. I waited longer than I would have liked, but (and I reiterate) it couldn't be helped because of the natural disaster, and other customers were so self-entitled and seem to have forgotten that while waiting. I eventually got my pizza, chicken and a salad, and my wife and I could eat during a time where there was no power. Thank you everyone who worked those days, and know that we appreciate you.“

However, compared to other fast-food chains, Wendy’s could definitely expand their vegetarian menu with more plant-based proteins or meatless burger options. Overall, it’s good for a simple meal, but I hope to see more variety for vegetarians in the future.“

“The poutine is usually excellent. The cheese curds are plenty and nice firm curds. The fries are usually nice and crispy brown. Today it was quite the opposite… Soggy undercooked fries, terrible cheese…. Woman serving up the food did not have a face mask on when handling food. I hope this was a one time disappointment.“

She cursed and got mad for a tiny mistake that the staff was trying to fix. You have awesome staff and they deserve to be treated better than that!“

“Firehouse Subs is a go-to spot for hearty, delicious subs! The sandwiches are packed with fresh ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. However, we found a hair in the sandwich, went to talk to the staff, she just grabbed it and said: that’s not a hair. And just walked away…. It’s hilarious that we can’t event tell the difference of a hair right in the middle of the sandwich. Not even an apology. Really disappointed“

“We had such a lovely dinner experience here! From the moment we walked in, the staff were so nice. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but what really stood out was how kind and thoughtful they were toward our daughter. They went out of their way to make her feel special, talking with her and just showing genuine care. It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality feels this heartfelt. “My blizzard is always made to perfection. I only wish they had a drive-thru but location is too small for one. FYI, I gave the Dairy Queen in ANGUS a bad review because their food lately has not been good. A couple of weeks ago, the blizzard I ordered tasted like stale ice cream with rancid chocolate. “I was the epitome of obnoxious tonight. I was having a birthday with a bunch of kids who wanted to dress their own burgers. Brandy was the supervisor on staff and she gladly packaged all of the toppings on the side. There were 2 that were gluten free for a little GF guy and I was sure with all the confusing modifications there would be something that went wrong, and I would not have blamed them one bit. Saturday night and a lady comes in with 8,000 modifications. But everything was perfect, she was more pleasant than a lot would have been in that situation and my little guy was super excited to feel like he was working at his own restaurant. 10/10. “I went to bar burrito on the north end of Barrie on Cundles during the ice storm on Mar 31st evening as, we had no food in the house or power. The staff working this shift were incredible. They were so busy but still managed to be efficient, friendly and took care of each customer with care and respect. Way to go to the staff working on that busy day, as my burrito was also amazing!!“
