I was surprised not to see the usual samosas sitting in a warming oven. When I ordered, the very nice person at the counter asked me to wait a few minutes. I assumed he was just going to grab some from the back. Five minutes later, he came out with samosas fresh from the fryer. If you’ve never had freshly made samosas, you have to try Honest Restaurant. The pastry was incredibly crunchy and flaky — nothing like the ones that have been sitting in a warmer for hours — and even the filling was hot all the way through.“
