“This was my first visit to Golden Star Chinese Restaurant! WOW! I was very impressed with the interior decor, very cultural and inviting. My FAVORITE part was meeting the Owner, AMANAD! What an absolute delight she was!!!! 🙂🥰👏👏👏
I just met her and right off the bat, we hit it off.👌 She was very funny and you could just tell she had a good heart. Her and her husband DENNY own this quaint restaurant and both share in the cooking while Amanda checks the patrons in.
NOW!!! On to the food!!!!
I was very excited to see ALMOND GUY DING on the menu! MY FAVORITE! The mixture and sauce was perfect!
The Rice was packed in there for sure and the chicken balls had just the right combination of Crispy outer shell, soft tender dough and a good chunk of chicken inside.
I never had the good fortune to meet Denny but next time im in Beaverton, you can bet your bottom dollar i will 100% visit here again.i living Thornhill where a good Chinese restaurant is difficult to find although its a predominantly Chine area.
Nevertheless......
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND This wonderful little Gem of a restaurant on 306 Simco Street, Beaverton Ontario.
When you go there and please make sure you treat yourself well, tell AMANADA.....JR SENT YOU! She's perhaps one of the friendliness people I have EVER MET!
