Syeda was welcoming and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant. And Dominick was absolutely outstanding. He consistently checked in on us, asking if we needed anything and even offering to bring something while we were waiting. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel valued and truly special.

I was so hungry and couldn't make up my mind but the sales associate was so patient and was able to suggest the perfect meal for me to enjoy. 10/ 10 service. I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one because it's so hard to get customer at all these days let alone some one who enjoys their job.

“The food inspectors need to visit, what kind of chicken thighs are being sold here?!? Nasty! No bone.don’t look like chicken thighs. Peel the skin and underneath Nasty! Yellow fat hardly meat just crispy skin. Yuck! Just NASTY! Not for human consumption!
Further more, when you buy two items a fee is attached. Buy the items separate, proper price and tax is applied.
Example a poutine 4.99 plus tax 5.65. Taco special 2.00 plus tax 2.10 both total 7.75 but at the register you’ll pay 7.90. Is that not theft?
And check the taco meat it smells tainted at times.“

“I went to this KFC on 21st July around 5:30 PM, and I honestly had a really good experience. I don’t understand why some people are leaving negative reviews — the service here was amazing!
The cashier was super calm, polite, and took my order quickly. She was also helping with preparing food, which really shows how dedicated the staff are. My food took about 5 minutes, but that’s totally fine because it was fresh. I’d rather wait a few minutes for fresh food than get something rushed and not tasty.
I’ve waited longer at places like McDonald’s (sometimes 15 minutes!) so this was actually quick and well done. The staff here are doing a great job, and I appreciate their hard work. Some people just don’t realize good service takes a little time. Keep it up, KFC team!“

“The service at this particular place is really good and fast the maintain proper hygiene and wish all customers They do not even make noise inside otherwise workers are shouting or giving orders to each other but the place is so friendly. They work like a family and for me I prefer coming here even though there is one KFC near my house but i come here. Rest food is really finger licking good.“
