“3 strikes, YERRR OUT! first two I put to growing pains, today's was the last time. while the young man who eventually served us was polite, despite repeating the order back twice, when the food eventually arrived it was wrong. the attempt to rectify ended with burnt food. we were ignored for coffee refill. and I have IBS and BOTH bathroom stalls were "closed for cleaning". never again. the woman who seemed to be the manager was very indifferent and offered no solutions.“

The only small issue was that the menu picture showed a cookie that wasn’t actually available in store. My son was really looking forward to it and got quite upset when he found out they didn’t have it. Shivam handled the situation so kindly and generously gave him a different treat on the house, which really turned things around for us. Great service and very thoughtful staff!“

“I have ordered Rice bowl from Fresh Burrito few times and the food was amazing! The best part is that they have many vegetarian options. I have thus far tried the falafel rice bowl and the tofu rice bowl, and both were packed with flavour and freshness. The ingredients tasted really clean, the portions were generous (thanks to the staff), and the salsa was honestly one of the best I’ve had—fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced.

Special thanks to the staff who are incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though I was just picking up takeout. Great service makes such a difference, and they definitely delivered.

“Absolutely amazing customer service, the guy behind the counter was very patient with me and my sister as we tried to discover new cuisine and how their '/lb' pricing worked.
We'd only gone in for the sweets but I had noticed the food behind the counter looked delicious and the aroma was amazing; had we not been in a bit of a rush I surely would've sat down and had some of their actual food as well!

It is okay, not bad, but nothing special that could keep bringing you back.
Tried 2-3 different items on 2-3 different occasions, but they were average food items.
They need to put more life in the food and the place, that will help the business a lot.“

“In the BCC for some shopping and decided to have lunch at A&W. Their Beyond Burger is vegan as long as there inks no cheese or mayo on it. We have been having their vegan burgers for almost 6 years now I think and it is still just as good. Although pricer than their Canadian competitor counterpart it is OK sometimes.

The ladies on the counter are super good. We wanted one vegan and one vegetarian with mayo and forgot to request to skip mayo in one. When we realized as soon as we got it, they understood and took the burger and exchanged it for a new burger. Thank you ??.

The fries a bit greaser than we have had them before and specially their sweet potato fries. The toppings good and the bun and the burgers made perfectly.

Would definitely return to A&W BCC just for their fantastic service.

“In terms of food, full marks for the taste and quantity.I have been taking my food from this place for about 3 years now. It has always been a great choice to get Indian vegetarian, chaap-based dishes. The best ones that I liked are chaap-biryani, tandoori masala chaap, and lassi. It is my go-to place for a quick takeout when I crave Punjabi-style Indian food. They have been upgrading the place since I started coming here, so it's good to see those little upgrades.“

“Amazing food. The meat is extremely well seasoned and the sauce selection is great. The vegetables still taste crisp and fresh. They also offer tons of options for both protein and vegetables. They also give you a lot of food for your money if you purchase a large.

The supreme fries in particular stand out. Their fries are very crispy and they give you a generous amount of meat with them. The staff here is also very friendly.

The only critique I would have about this place is that most of the menu items outside of the bowls, burritos, and fries are a bit overpriced/not all too great. To me it doesn't really matter too much though, because nobody really goes here to purchase wings. Overall amazing place.“
