We ordered vanilla this time with vanilla buttercream and it was delicious. Everyone had nothing but compliments saying how the cake was tasty but not too heavy and the icing was sweet but not too sweet. “Donna and Tianna are absolutely amazing to work with! They make the most delicious cakes and cupcakes in the Ajax/Pickering area. Upon the opening of Stage 3 here in Durham, we had an event last weekend, and on short notice, they were able to pull off a beautiful 8” cake and 100 cupcakes (combined regular and mini). We cannot thank them enough for being so accommodating, friendly and welcoming whenever we interacted with them (in person and over the phone). The lightness of the buttercream, and moist cake itself was perfect. We received rave reviews from our guests, and highly recommend to give them a try. “I don’t leave reviews often, nor am I really a cake person but I just had to leave 5 stars! We ordered a custom cake for a friend’s 30th (who’s pregnant and had a very specific craving). We were able to order a lemon cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese icing just as the mama to be wanted. It was one of the best cakes we’ve ever had, not to mention how beautiful it looked. It wasn’t overly sweet and it was light and delicate but packed with flavour.

“I was born in Lisbon Portugal and was pleased to find Tina's making some beautiful traditional Portuguese food. They have a good selection in their hot food unit. The potatoes, sole fish, rice, and cod were all great quality and really fresh. They are only open from Wednesday to Saturday. As well I noted this is the cleanest open kitchen I've ever seen. Very professional. I wish they were also open Sundays as there are many special occasions on Sundays when I would order their food.“

Half dirt and worms, half pink flowery cuteness. Susi worked with me to get all the details right, and even emailed the day of to tell me how the cake turned out, as it was the first ice cream cake with such a heavily weighted design she had done.
