“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. “Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!“

“My wife and I have enjoyed Milestones for many years from Toronto to Kitchener to Guelph. Very disappointed that our fave, tiny tuna tacos, was no longer on the menu. Also our signature Cocktail Gin & Tonic w/sorbet, was gone. My wife ordered a margarita that was AWFUL! In a tumbler instead of a proper glass w/way too much ice & sugar. Tasted like bad lemonade & she sent it back. The manger quickly replaced it w/a martini. Our dinner was good but imagine Our surprise when they no longer honoured a gift card we had for Milestones since it has been sold. Bad faith & we will not return.“

“My favourite café in Guelph. However, the café seems to close earlier than advertised. On this Saturday evening I arrived around 9:15pm only the find the Cafe closed (45 minutes early) with some of the waiters inside. The hours of operation need to be consistent or changed officially.“
