The Potato Wedges were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right – a great snack to pair with their iconic French Vanilla Coffee, which was smooth, rich, and comforting as always. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It’s always a pleasure stopping by for a quick bite and coffee. “This timmies is one of the cleanest and friendliest locations I have been to in a long while . I just moved from Streetsville and I stopped going to the queen st center plaza location because it was so filthy (they are a disgrace to TH brand image).
I am so glad Cedar location is welcoming and clean. It is a pleasure to sit here and enjoy my coffee and donut. Thank you to all the staff.“

“This is honestly the best Tim Horton’s location I’ve ever been to. The service is very fast and the food is good, unlike other locations I’ve been to. If there’s a long line for the drive thru, everyone is gone in 5 minutes or less. Highly recommend“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“I love this Tims! The workers are friendly, polite, and helpful. They always have everything in stock and everytime I order food, it's accurate and made well. The drive thru in the morning is quick, which is vital so I'm not late for work. I also like going in though because it's nice to see happy people in the morning and the counter staff are really fast too. A++ for all of the people at this Tim's.“

“The service is great, the staff are very friendly, if the tables are a bit messy they clean them up quickly when asked, the washrooms are clean and checked often. Arina, Megan and Marion are very efficient and since we go to this particular store all the time they know our orders and ring them in soon as we are at the counter. The coffee is crab and hot, the food is delicious. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.“

“This Tim Hortons location is quite pleasant. It has a cozy little corner with a small fireplace that makes it feel warm and inviting. Was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that some of the staff could have been a bit friendlier. A little more of that classic Canadian kindness would go a long way!“

When it comes to this location, there are 2 ladies who do their jobs. Everyone else is lazy. Sits around. Makes the line grow out the door food wait is 15 min minimum usually. The food is always sloppy and made wrong. And the last visit I ordered a breakfast Sandwich for my son and there was only half a sausage. The price of the sandwich there should ALWAYS be the full amount of food. This is disgusting.“

The old staff thats still there are awesome and its the only location that seems to be able to get my order right. However, some of the new staff that have been hired recently are pretty rude and have caused a lot of the amazing old staff to find new jobs due to the ignorance of some of the new staff. I hope someone can teach these new members of the team at st andrews to remember that they are working with with the public. It might be a good idea to be pleasant with the customers. Its a real turn off when you order something from somewhere and its served to you with rudeness and ignorance. What ever happened to service with a smile? “Best staff and service at this location! Always quick service regardless of how bad the line looks. Jeanette, Connie and Alyson are amazing employees. They get to know their regulars and are always friendly and welcoming with everyone. I try to always get one of them because my coffee is always best when they take care of me!“

“On July 5th in the mid to late morning. I decided to order a breakfast habanero bagel with sausage, egg and cheese, including a combo. One hashbrown and an iced-coffee for only $10.00. After placing my order for an iced-coffee I found it slightly confusing that she asked me after asking for two cream and one sugar, whether I wanted additional sugar to my beverage. Shortly thereafter I discovered on the digital order display below the drive-thru menu that there is a liquid sugar-cane syrup sweetner that is a "built in" ingredient within the beverage. You learn something new every day folks!

Parking: The parking lot itself is ergonomically located in front of the restaurant. There are a sufficient number of free parking spaces in the lot available upon entry.“

I went for a long walk and stopped in for a break. What a difference!

I don't know if it's a new franchise, new owner, new staff, or a combination of all, but what a difference! !👏👏😁🥳

“Once they finally took my order, the food was made fast. But waited at the front of the line for 5 mins or so. 12-14 employees working. Coffee was hot, bagel was lazy, overall exactly what I expect from a busy tim hortons at 8 in the morning.“

“Based on some of the reviews here, something must have changed. Yesterday (08Jun2024) was the quickest service we've ever received at this, or any other Tim Horton's! We've stopped here many times in the past and the time from lineup to food served was generally glacial but not entirely unexpected for a high volume location. Yesterday's experience was so extraordinary we felt the entire staff should be recognized and congratulated.“
