“I like Timmy. Most of their places are small, cozy, family-style, with a unique, warm, small-town atmosphere. The coffee is good, the quality is stable and predictable, the treats are tasty, and the value for money is guaranteed. Between Timmy and Starbucks, Timmy always wins!

“We stopped at this Tim’s for a pick me up and morning snack, and had one of the best experiences at a Tim’s ever! We’re driving from Windsor to Orangeville — a 4 hour drive, an hour left to go — so I’m already a little tired and groggy. When I entered the Tim’s we were greeted immediately even though we weren’t ready to order. But once we ordered our Jalapeño bagel toasted with butter and cheddar cheese, and a large hazelnut cold brew, the two bagels were done ONLY ONE SECOND after we paid. I said, “WOW, that was quick!” and Lizzy said, “Yup, she’s got the whip!” referring to Lovey in training with super fast hands! Lovey and Liz made me laugh, their smiles were beautiful, the bagel was quick AND delicious, and they set the perfect tone for my day! Every Tim’s needs more people like them with a great attitude, and always smiling!“

“Like most Canadians, I go to a *lot* of Tim Hortons. I happen to drop in to this one as I was passing through Cambridge. The last time I saw a Tim’s this busy was along Hwy 400 on a long weekend! However, unlike that experience, these folks run a tight ship.
The bathrooms were clean and fully stocked; toilet paper and hand soap!
The line ups inside were moving quickly despite the drive thru also being lined up around the parking lot.
There were no less than 15 people working (in a rather small space) and I didn’t see one person bump into another. And in the short wait it took me to place my order and receive, I heard no wrong orders from customers nor any complaining or dissatisfaction from staff.

I wished I lived in this neighbourhood so I could frequent this store more often. I suspect this is the reason it was so busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Whoever runs this store needs to be hired by head office to do some cross training because this crew was phenomenal.“

“I've been a regular at this Tim Hortons for quite some time now, and I can't say enough about the fantastic staff. Every visit is a pleasure, thanks to the friendly and efficient service.

A special shoutout to Jo-Jo, Karen, Alyson, Vanessa, Connie, and especially Jeanette. Their warm greetings in the drive-thru always brighten my day. They consistently take my order accurately and have it ready in no time. I've even had instances where I've forgotten something last minute, and they've been more than happy to accommodate my request.

“On July 5th in the mid to late morning. I decided to order a breakfast habanero bagel with sausage, egg and cheese, including a combo. One hashbrown and an iced-coffee for only $10.00. After placing my order for an iced-coffee I found it slightly confusing that she asked me after asking for two cream and one sugar, whether I wanted additional sugar to my beverage. Shortly thereafter I discovered on the digital order display below the drive-thru menu that there is a liquid sugar-cane syrup sweetner that is a "built in" ingredient within the beverage. You learn something new every day folks!

Parking: The parking lot itself is ergonomically located in front of the restaurant. There are a sufficient number of free parking spaces in the lot available upon entry.“

“Great service perfect coffee every timeUpdate:6 years later still coming to the st andrews location. The old staff thats still there are awesome and its the only location that seems to be able to get my order right. However, some of the new staff that have been hired recently are pretty rude and have caused a lot of the amazing old staff to find new jobs due to the ignorance of some of the new staff. I hope someone can teach these new members of the team at st andrews to remember that they are working with with the public. It might be a good idea to be pleasant with the customers. Its a real turn off when you order something from somewhere and its served to you with rudeness and ignorance. What ever happened to service with a smile? “This is hands down the most efficient and friendliest Time Horton's in the city!
I've never been in the drive through with more than a couple of cars ahead of me and the majority of the time I get my order in 1 minute or less.
When there is a line up that wraps around the plaza as some complain, i park my car and go in to get my order and i have never stood in line in the store while the drive through is packed.

The staff always greet me with a smile and take pride in their job, they put a smile on my face every time i go there to get my weekend coffee ☺️☺️☺️“

“Busy ...long lunch line.seemed to be shortstaffed.therefore slow to get combo.but first time chicken lime wrap( pretty tasty ) and iced coffee, donut combo. Can appreciate stalk in this situation doing their best. Alot of pizzas being made to eat in fyi.

Parking: Tricky to get out safely...so much traffic in the lit going around all sides of the building.!! I parked facing out.still blind spot from long van beside me so I honk and move slowly.“

“Based on some of the reviews here, something must have changed. Yesterday (08Jun2024) was the quickest service we've ever received at this, or any other Tim Horton's! We've stopped here many times in the past and the time from lineup to food served was generally glacial but not entirely unexpected for a high volume location.
