“I have to tell you that the young lady that works in your location overnight and is there until the early hour mornings is by far the greatest employee that you have. She is the sweetest, the most kind, efficient and just an all-around lovely human being in general. She's just lovely. She's a young lady, she's black and she's fantastic and I want to be her friend because I like her so much and she's the reason I keep going back everyday. She needs a raise or a promotion. I don't know but she's fantastic and I really really really like her. You guys are really lucky to have her“

“My mornings are so much better lately. The morning staff are so friendly cheerful and just enjoy serving you. There is a new cute smiling happy small girl who you cant see until you get to the front of the line who is doing great as a new employee. Patti and Tammy and also fantastic employees who make your visit just a little better as well. Keep doing great things at this location“

“Today, I had another great experience with Aman, the store manager and the rest of the team at Tim Hortons Saginaw Pkwy by Townline! All staff were super helpful and courteous at the front counter, This Tim Hortons kindly supports our school program with bagels and Cream cheese each week! “Went through the drive-thru during the busy morning rush today and ordered one of the breakfast boxes. There was a little miscommunication with the order, but I was incredibly impressed with how quickly and smoothly the team corrected it I barely even waited. The young man at the window was so polite and upbeat, and the lady taking orders over the speaker was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

It’s rare to experience that level of efficiency and genuine friendliness at a fast-food location, especially during the morning rush, but they handled everything with ease and such good energy. I left with exactly what I wanted and a smile on my face.

This Tim Hortons location has always been consistently great, and today’s experience just reminded me why I love coming here truly an awesome team!

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

When it comes to this location, there are 2 ladies who do their jobs. Everyone else is lazy. Sits around. Makes the line grow out the door food wait is 15 min minimum usually. The food is always sloppy and made wrong. And the last visit I ordered a breakfast Sandwich for my son and there was only half a sausage. The price of the sandwich there should ALWAYS be the full amount of food. This is disgusting.“

“Honestly, today’s drive-thru experience at Tim Hortons was terrible. Our order took way too long, The girl Ankita’s attitude was really disappointing, and she was not offering good customer service at all. For a brand like Tim Hortons, this is completely unacceptable.“

I came in to buy a muffin and encountered a large spider on the floor between me and the cash. I am terrified of spiders! The man working, Alex, was fantastic! He came around the counter and took care of the spider for me.“

“I'm changing my review because after my experience the owner was very nice. They responded to my e-mail snd were very polite about it. I appreciate it.

I had a bad experience here on Saturday. I ordered the BBQ chicken loaded wrap. It was all full of drippy sauce, instead of the real kind, and it was sooo salty! I was in a hurry to eat and go to work. I couldn't wait around for another one to be made. I've had this wrap at other Tim's before and had no problem. This was gross. My Iced Capp cup also wasn't filled all the way. Don't know what was going on here but....“

“Once they finally took my order, the food was made fast. But waited at the front of the line for 5 mins or so. 12-14 employees working. Coffee was hot, bagel was lazy, overall exactly what I expect from a busy tim hortons at 8 in the morning.“

“Based on some of the reviews here, something must have changed. Yesterday (08Jun2024) was the quickest service we've ever received at this, or any other Tim Horton's! We've stopped here many times in the past and the time from lineup to food served was generally glacial but not entirely unexpected for a high volume location.
