“We enjoyed an amazing dining experience yesterday with friends @ Risposta Bistro. It started From the moment we arrived, when the aroma of wood smoke met us just outside the door, we entered to a warm and welcoming greeting from Chef Patrick. We enjoyed live music and the ambience and service was excellent. We were told the menu is updated every other week. The appetizers of fois gras, wood oven pizza and a beautifully plated Caesar salad were all delicious. For our mains we enjoyed pappardelle bolognese and a lovely chicken tagliatelle with a Lucious and flavourful cream sauce. All pasta is house made and so tender. Our friends enjoyed a GF penne bolognese (and they had an extensive offering of GF options) and a pumpkin and calamari risotto. Don’t forgot to try the smoked cocktails! Our entire experience exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend this gem of a restaurant in Campbellville! Thank you! We’ll be back!“

“We had an amazing experience at this location!! Our server Alex was amazing!! Had so many tables but treated us like we were her only one! She did not miss a beat, we were extremely happy with the service, the food was steaming hot and we left with our bellies full. We attended on Mondays for all you can eat pasta - absolutely delicious! The cobbled-style interiors, rustic charm, elegant chandeliers, and even a beautiful wall wine cellar—every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create an authentic Italian vibe.

We ordered the lunch special, which included a Margherita pizza, pomodoro pasta, bruschetta, and soda. Every single dish was bursting with flavor. The pizza was perfectly balanced, the pasta was rich and comforting, and the bruschetta was fresh and delicious.

Honestly, the meal was so satisfying, we walked out in a full-on food coma 😄

“Food is awesome. I usually order the lasagna, rose penne and the eggplant parm for Christmas or holidays. Amazing is an under statement. I am Italian and these dishes are comparable to my grandmother’s (Nonna). My Italian and none Italian family and friends enjoy these particular dishes very much and it’s always the talk at the table for how delicious the food is from Main Street Italian eatery. They can’t be beaten for price, quality and flavours… no way. The service is like I’m speaking to family members and the atmosphere is very nostalgic for myself as I grew up with my grandparents down in St. Clair avenue downtown Toronto and my grandfather would bring me to all the cafes and treat me to a cappuccino and desert. 🤗“

“Newly opened location near Central City. Excellent food. The staff greeted me with a smile and got my order correct. I bought a veggie pizza. Base was crisp, it was delicious. It was very quiet restaurant with small and clean dine in area. Manager is very friendly. Would go again.“
