Service: Very nice and friendly service from the manager on duty. Felt welcomed right away.
Food: Great menu with all the classics. My pizza was served well - hot, fresh, perfectly baked with that signature crust.
Ambiance: Clean, modern store. Digital menu boards, comfortable seating, lots of natural light. Nice touch seeing the Canadian flag outside.

“We braved the snowstorm to reach this location, and it was our first time. The service was fantastic, especially Emily, our friendly server. The place was efficient, and the food was excellent definitely a place to go again. I love the option to order and have it brought to the table instead of having a server. “This Pizza Pizza location is honestly one of the better ones I’ve been to. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and made exactly as ordered, with a really good balance of toppings and sauce. You can tell they take a bit more care here compared to other locations.

“Region's gains five stars for offering Halal options in a general area where such options are limited. Please post the certificates and ensure phone orders show these options.

In terms of food the pizza is good, however they add a little too much oregano/basil to the sauce making it sweeter than necessary. I recommend thinner crust with them. The pizza tastes good and overall gets a 7.5/10.

As for service the call in is in convenient because it goes to the general calling line, and they don't have the halal toppings on their menu last I tried. It was easier to walk in and wait but that's not convenient.

The prices are OK, some deals better than others. For a family of four expect to spend from $40 to 50.

The little food court they are located in isn't very good smelling or looking and takeout is the only option in that regard.

All and all I really appreciate the halal options and would like to see some minor improvements to make this our go-to pizza.“

Finally found a good, clean location with very nice personnel. These guys are operating at a high standard that every location on the West end needs to learn from.

Comparing this pizza to the exact same product that I’ve gotten at several locations in Brampton and Vaughan is night and day. It was honestly perfect in every way.
We also got a plain cheese panzerotti that was one of the best I’ve had in a while.

“Is Pizzaville authentic Italian pizza? Of course not. Chain pizzerias seldom are.

However, for a chain pizza store, I think Pizzaville is one of the better ones. The Stouffville location in particular is my favourite chain pizza store in town. I have been ordering pizza from this store for years. Their pizza and sauce taste good,, they are generous with toppings and I’ve never had a bad pizza from them.

The store can get busy on weekends, holidays and special sporting event days . I typically order online through their website or mobile app. Both of which are intuitive and easy to use. I get an estimate on how long it will take, so by the time I drive to the store it’s ready. I found the staff at this store to be friendly and have never had a poor interaction with them.“

My brother and I frequent this location because the staff are extremely friendly and they put more effort in their pizzas than anyone in Ontario. We make the drive from Scarborough because we know it's worth it and they will never let us down.
