“Had a Fantastic time today, first time being at The Shed Brewery. Service was polite and timely, music and vibes were very good and pizza was stellar. Oldschool wood fire oven which gave the pizza the perfect char, cracker style thin crust and great flavors to choose from. If you haven’t been here, by the 4 corners and banks in Dundas, this is a MUST TRY spot for me, price is right and value for food is great 💙“

“I’d give this spot 6 stars if I could, it was such a delight. Super tasty craft ciders and seltzers with a wide selection and creative flavour profiles. The atmosphere is warm/lively and with an industrial aesthetic at the same time. The prices were really fair (10$ for a flight; 5$ pints on Tuesdays!!). It was cool to watch our server/brewmaster tinkering with the vats while we drank, and we had a great conversation about the history behind some of the products. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here, and it‘s great to see a place run with such passion and care.“

“I made four batches and they have turned out very well, though they can take at least a couple of years in the bottle to lose the sweetness of a new wine and fully come into their own. if you like a "big" tasting wine, I recommend the Super Tuscan, Carmenere or Amarone. Given some time to mature unmolested, laid on their sides, they will not disappoint. Staff is friendly and super helpful, always upbeat, it's a pleasure to do business with these folks.“
