“My friend and I ate for the first time at the A&W @ Green Lane and Yonge St. in Newmarket near Silvercity. The service was exceptional, the staff friendly &polite, the food was piping hot, when delivered to our table. I like A&W they usually all have great service this one just went that little bit farther.“

“Expensive Burgers! My little burger was only semi warm from their hands to my opening the packaging immediately at their seating…would have liked the burger to be a bit hotter if possible. Dining areas seemed clean enough. It wasn’t busy while I was there. Staff seemed nice and very attentive. Surfaces looked clean but the kitchen cabinets and walls looked a bit dirty. Atmosphere is bright and simple“

“Expectations met, considering how busy this location is they may want to hire a few more staff to improve speed. The drive-thru layout can be confusing at first and can back into the main throughways in the parking lot, with the exit being a bit awkward.

Parking: Entering is obviously, exiting signage requires you to go around to avoid the close intersection. Could be laid out a bit better.“

Vegetarian options: It is so hard to figure ND a place with a good vegetarian burger, the here is actually my favourite and now they have a second one called a masala it's so nice to actually find a place that has options for me and they're actually good quality“

“A cozy little place. It’s off a busy road so it can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot if it’s a busy time of day. The food was great and the service was fast. I ordered a classic bacon, eggs, and home fries with toast, and they did it well. They had a good selection of jams and spreads to choose from.“

“Tried meltwich for the first time tonight and was so pleased with the service we got. The young woman at the counter was eager to make sure we got exactly what we wanted from ensuring we were comfortable with the level of spice of my sandwich, added extra pickles right before our food was ready as we nearly forgot to ask, and even asked if it was ok to give our son a juice box “on the house”. Great communication and went above and beyond with service including plenty of ketchup and napkins without needing to ask. Food was great and very happy with our first impression!!“

“I came here today to try the Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Sandwich. I was greeted with a smile from very friendly staff. :) I was concerned that it might be too spicy, but the counterperson said that they could tone it down with less sauce. The sandwich was excellent. Freshly cooked, very nice chicken breast with a light crispy coating. The fries are fresh, not frozen and the fountain drinks are unlimited. I will be back!

“We frequently go to the Davis Diner and the service and food has always been good. When we went there today we got a pleasant surprise. Their Easter Specials were advertised by the door and the “Roast Lamb” caught our attention and we decided to give it a try. The lamb was cooked perfectly; tender, moist and nicely seasoned. It was served with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables and garlic bread. The sauce that came with the lamb was also very good. This exceptional meal was reasonably priced at just under $20. Dinner for 2 with coffee and tea came to just over $50 with tax. Well done Davis Diner.“

“On great reviews we decided to try Perfect Szn. We reserved a table for a party of 9. Celebrating both my parents 80th b/d and our grand daughters birthday. My folks were coming from out of town and had never met their great grand daughter so it was a very special celebration. Perfect Szn did not disappoint. They actually exceeded our expectations. Our meals were so fresh and delicious. A few of us had fries as our sides. Omg, the fries are to die for. With a touch of Perfect Szn seasoning is a must try. Our server Kristen was so friendly, patient, sweet and went above and beyond to make our experience great. You know when someone loves their job and it truly showed with her. “I live an hour away, however, my daughter lives in Newmarket. I first fell in love with Hamish's when I lived in Scarborough so visited their Pharmacy & St. Clair often. I now live far away from T. & was so happy to see them in Newmarket. Visiting my daughter tomorrow & treating us to fish, chips, gravy & mushy peas for lunch. “second new restaurant in Bradford with poor customer service! So, my husband had a floater in his beer, they disagreed but reluctantly gave him a new beer. there was a beer and wine special, we were only told about the beer. I asked for flats only and was told no guarantee would probably get one or two drumsticks - I got two flats... (see photo). waitress said "oh sorry" . waste of 14.99 for 8 wings. my husband overheard the waitress tell the Manager and he said "oh don't worry about it they won't be back anyways". he is correct!!“

“Second time being to this location, always seems to be pretty good. My daughter loves the robot that delivers the food. I had the same waitress twice. She did a fantastic job. If I had a suggestion, make sure you haven't ran out of the cheese bread and the Caesar salad. The fries on the menu are the cheapest thing for a restaurant to purchase and serve. Make sure that the fries are full and don't be a cheapskate on them. Other than that, overall great experience“

“It’s a friendly place but I was surprised that they do not have trays for Ice Cream cones? They kept on wanting to put the cone upside down in a cup??? Something has been lost at Dairy Queen. When I was a kid (in the 70’s) , I was tasked with hopping in the car, driving to to DQ and bringing back cones for everyone. They always had TRAYS for the cones. I can’t believe an Ice Cream cone place does not have trays!! When I got in the car today and had to modify a drink tray or my grandson would have been sad…“

“Our group of four dropped in on Sunday afternoon for a drink and a quick snack. The beer and Ceasars were great, but the wings were outstanding! We had the tequila lime flavour and the wings were big in size and cooked just right. They weren't overcooked to dryness like many places do. Thank you Offsides, well done! See you again!“

“The food was great. the service was also great however I would suggest letting people eating chosing to tip 18% or not. I went there for the first time and budgeted to be able to go. I called ahead as well for pricing of what I would be ordering. Since it was a work event and there was more than 6 people they automatically put the tip on our bills. This is the one reason I personally won't go there too often. I have no problem tipping but it should be my choice how much and if I even do.“
