“This is my favorite SW location in all of Toronto but for Thanksgiving it was next level!!! They had all hands on deck and the food was hot and fresh and tasty. They were really prepared for the long weekend and our server was smart and efficient with other runners helping to clear tables and bring out perfectly prepared appetizers. Thank you Shantae for your patience and professionalism while we figured out what we wanted to eat with a few plot twists. The manager also checked in with us to make sure our order had been taken. It was an impressive operation for a holiday crowd and we were so pleased we chose to eat at this Swiss Chalet rather cooking turkey and dealing with dishes. Thank you SW-Wilson for making our Thanksgiving meal special.“

“I popped in last Thursday night after an intense hockey game. The bartender Eva, took great care of us. The service was lightning fast, beers were freezing cold and the wings are out of this world and on top of it all they were half price. The big kahuna hockey club will be back again real soon.“

“Went for a work outing, got there early at 11am to beat the rush. Food was amazing, will be going back to try the brunch and other items on the menu I was eyeing. Service was great, however as it got busy during the lunch hour it took some time to get our bill at the end.

Highly recommend the pizza, dough is made in house and was amazing. Haven’t had a good pizza like that in a while. Ordered garlic parm on the side for dipping, even ate the crust - it was delicious.“

We were a group of 13 celebrating a friend's birthday. Andria was our server. She was amazing. No mistakes either eith the drinks or food orders. We brought in our own cake. Andria helped us with the cutting of the cake even brought a lighter so we could light the candles. We had a great time. We will be coming back again soon.“

“Since long time twice a week I go to this location at 2148 Queen street east. They are very welcoming, courteous. Take out-dlivery-dining their service always fast. The fries are really crispy, I love their juicy chicken. This is one of the cleanest restaurant in the city. The manager are very friendly and caring. My kids love to be there always. I will definitely suggest my friends to go this location.“

“I visited Swiss Chalet last weekend with a group of friends, and our experience was absolutely fantastic, all thanks to our wonderful server, Jade (Yu). From the moment we were seated, Jade made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and had such a fun, bubbly personality that truly made our visit memorable.

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in at just the right times and making us feel like valued guests. The food was great, and of course, the classic Swiss Chalet sauce was fabulous as always. What really stood out, though, was Jade’s exceptional service.

“Visited to see what was available and found a comprehensive supply of Filipino goods at reasonable Canadian prices. The staff were friendly and efficient and speak Tagalog. I also tried the pork adobo and found it was pretty good. A good portion of rice and the adobo had a nice juicy flavour. The price of the adobo was $12 which would be the price I'd expect to pay for food from a food court. There were several tables available to eat inside.“

“Amazing level of service on one of their busiest days of the year (Thanksgiving Day) with the house full and line up at the door. Line moved amazingly fast, service was quick, accurate, personable, and preparation of meals were perfect! Even with careful accommodation for my gluten allergy. I don't know how they managed to pull off that level of service with every table in the house filled. VERY impressive!
