“Always a favourite stop on our way through Erin!“

“Not well-stocked. Always out of something. Went to get a couple of chocolate chunk cookies and a chocolate after a hockey game for my grandson. Not only were they out of chocolate chunk, they had no cookies at all. This has happened 3 times in a row now. Went there for breakfast at 9am on a Saturday and found they were out of of several breakfast items. Service is OK but not great.“

“This McDonalds location is usually our stop over for take aways or dine in for quick bites in Caledon village.
1. This location has extended hours. They serve breakfast too
2. Food is usual McDs menu
3. It is usually very buzy in drive through especially in summers for people driving to beaches.
4. Dine in is quick - have seating inside
5. Staff keeps changing.. over 4 years we have visited here so often - maybe once or twice the staff is buzy or rude. Otherwise they are usually quick and friendly“

“I visited this Tim Hortons today as a volunteer doctor and witnessed one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever seen. A lady came in and started arguing about butter and cream cheese. She was clearly in the wrong but was extremely rude to the girl working at the counter even threatening to leave a bad review and get her fired.Despite the negativity, the staff member handled the situation with incredible patience and grace. She stayed calm, kind, and respectful throughout it all. It was genuinely impressive to watch.Later, I ordered food, and she made it so well it was absolutely delicious. That was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.Kudos to her for representing Tim Hortons with such a positive attitude. People like her make the experience better for everyone! I’ll definitely be coming back.“

They always have the best freshest doughnuts that are properly dipped that I could only imagine is what Tim Hortons should taste and look like, plus they have the best tasting coffee. “This Tim Hortons killed it. The egg and bacon on English muffin was so fresh and tasty. The bacon was cooked perfectly. The guy at the counter was working the front by himself and was so efficient and friendly. He didn't allow the busyness to weigh him down. Both my friend and I really enjoyed our iced latte and iced coffee. They were the right balance of sweetness and coffee. I definitely enjoyed this experience.

“I wish I took a name to say how thankful I am to the cashier and the baristas helping me today. I had a terrible Tim's experience so I'm so happy this Starbucks was here to save my morning.

I wanted to try the cherry foam but was allergic to milk so the cashier helped me create a delicious cherry matcha with non dairy. I really appreciated how patient and friendly she was.

Everyone was friendly and polite. I loved the weekly riddles while waiting for the drinks. Oops, the lady was probably helping drive through when I asked about the riddle. Sorry if she was! She was so nice about it.
