“Discovered this hidden gem today in st. Catharines. Walked in to a delicious smelling spot. The lavender latte and cream cheese stuffed pretzel were a yummy morning treat. Wide variety of treats and drinks. The man behind the counter was welcoming, friendly, and patient while I decided what treats to get for me and the kids. Reasonable prices.“

“My first visit was great. The person at the register recommended the sweet potato sandwich and it was sooooo good. My Americano was delicious. I’ll definitely try more items in the future. My friend and I got there around 9am. It got busy after 10am and a quarter of the bakery items were already gone. I’m looking forward to trying the bagels and cinnamon buns.“

On one occasion, they had a very busy day and a pipe burst in the kitchen. We stopped by that same day, and (we did not know the chaos the staff had endured that day), and still, they were so accommodating. We ordered a handful of things, two of those things being some of their delicious peanut butter cookies. When we got home, there were no cookies in the bag! We assumed this was probably because of how crazy it was, and we were all chatting, so these things happen. We messaged them when we realized, and they had a quick response saying no worries, next time we come in, there will be cookies for us! Fast forward a month, and we finally got the chance to stop by. “We were very lucky to be able to get a table for the yearly Fa La La Ladies night at Pie Guys. Although it was busy, and staff were busy prepping for the big event, we had great service. The drinks were an art form, as well as tasty. The food was also very good. They have regular dinner and lunch specials, high teas, and so many baked goods. “I’m not sure why the tables always seem dirty at this location. I understand the nature of the business and that things can quickly get out of hand. However, I don’t recall a time where I’ve been there in the past two years - about a dozen visits - where the tables weren’t a mess.“

“This is one of the best Tim Hortons in a Canada, hands down. Customer service here beats most establishments, let alone other Tim’s locations. Good quality here is much better than the average Tim Hortons location, particularly those in the GTA.

“There is this girl, I am not sure of her name, who works mornings, and extremely early might I add! She is always very kind and makes my coffee and bagel perfectly! She is always such a ray of sunshine considering the sun itself is not even out yet! I have never received such good service from this new generation like I have with her, it is so hard to come by! She always compliments me, my nails or my glasses, and she always puts a smile on my face!“
