“Amazing service and good customer services. I would like to take a moment to appreciate good efforts by Harmanpreet. It’s been a year here at Georgetown and i take my dinner from here. I use to meet her and I usually see her performing her tasks and services all with her hard work.
The management is good and it is a neat and clean place.

“Wonderful establishment. Family run. Bar tenders are super amazing ! The Owner is fantastic and engaging with staff and customers. I can not say anything bad about this establishment.

Only problem is a Couple who thinks they own the bar, and act foolish and inappropriate at times to other regulars. The Owner handles then accordingly 👍👍

“Service was great, serves by Helena. My kids said wow she's so nice and calming! We waited a while at the front to be checked in but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't bother us too much. Kids food was good, brought out quickly. Hubby & I had the festive combos, fries were cold but everything else was fine. We ordered one alcoholic beverage, the festive rum punch and it was delicious!“

“Had the eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the peameal almost had a smoky aspect to it. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought I tasted a smokey flavour.
The hashbrowns could use a revamp. Soft and unseasoned. Adding a bit of crisp to them would help, imo.
The servers were great, but overworked. They need more than 2, even one extra would help. I never was asked for a refill on my coffee, I had to ask when I got the bill.
Overall ok, I will give it another try.“

“The attention to customers experience is amazing ! Server Angeline noticed I had not eaten my full meal she immediately asked”was there a problem”? I have eaten at this restaurant many, many times with only rave reviews about food. Tonight a problem, right away the General Manager Stefan Jackson came to our table and offered compensation. I said the problem not with staff, the kitchen but the way the steak was butchered incorrectly so the cook was perfect, unfortunately the meat was the problem. Mr. Jackson was so polite, professional and obviously wanting to ensure that we were happy with our experience. Service like this is outstanding and as I have been a regular customer at Taps, I will continue to be. Thank you Angelina and Mr. Jackson for your thoughtfulness and handling of this. What a complete surprise that as we were leaving a gift bag with a complete steak dinner to take home ! Wow incredible treatment ! Thankyou“

“This was the first time at this location and the best so far that I have been too , my server Kris was so polite , kind extremely helpful , kept coming around asking If everything was ok , I never get this kind of service in Toronto , really pleased now I will be bringing my family to this location
