“This place is a pretty good option! Great for hanging with friends. It gets quite busy here, probably one of the more popular places in Georgetown I'd say.I got seating pretty fast even though it was a busy Saturday night. In terms of the food, it was decent, the calamari was a little too salty but the chicken tenders were good! They have plenty of sauce options. The drinks were okay, I'd have to go back to try other ones to really judge.The atmosphere here at night is very dark/dimly lit. I was falling asleep in there so that's one thing to think aboutParking: There are a limited number of spots but it shouldn't be too hard to find parking as there's a hotel beside it, not sure if you're allowed to park there though“
“Went with my hubby for dinner on Sunday. Ordered the rice balls, fish and chips, pork schnitzel and Skor Cheesecake. The appetizer and entrées were a big portion and tasted great! The cheesecake could have been a bigger slice for the price/plate, but it was still tasty. Service was nice and there was live music. Too bad the schedule wasn't posted, or we would have come later to enjoy the music during dinner. The lighting was a bit dim and the light wasn't quite over the table. But I would overall recommend this place ?“
“Ordered tonight on a Monday, the meals were fresh and absolutely delicious! The people were friendly and quick service. I will be bringing my family here for dinner and recommend to my neighbors! Naan, fish pakora, masala chicken, butter chicken ….very delicious!!“
“Great food. Fish & chips cooked perfectly with nice crispy fries. 4 egg omelet was tasty and good quality bacon. The place is a bit old and could use some updates but it's a typical bar & grill. Owner is friendly and accommodating. Prices were decent too. Meals for 4 of us with no alcohol $60.00, not too bad these days.“

“I came into this restaurant on the evening of March 25, 2025.Just had a steak meal after a long day working remotely in my hotel room, after my flight was delayed. I didn't have a car with me, nor did I want to walk to another restaurant, so I thought I'd give this restaurant a chance as it's conveniently located in the hotel.For the food, it's pretty decent for the price point, so if you're more value food oriented, this could be a good spot for you. My steak was seasoned well, and the peppercorn sauce was tasty. It's not a top tier cut of course, but if you wanted something affordable and made right to what you ask, this is a good choice. Kudos to the chef for doing medium rare, right.I think what particularly made my experience very good was the Bartender named Pauline. I was looking at the menu outside and she called me into the restaurant in a very endearing way. She could see I was tired and hungry, and I joined her at the bar for dinner for one. She was pleasant and friendly, and kept the right amount of time with me on how my meal was doing and helping with other guests coming from the hotel.She actively called in guests to come into the restaurant, made them feel welcome and I saw her several times thanking guest as they were leaving for coming in despite being a bit busy at times with other guests. Seems like the other guests were happy chatting with her and thanking her as well.Having worked in the hospitality industry myself at one point in my life, it's nice to see someone who just seems like she genuinely cares about what she does and how she makes others feel.Kudos to you Pauline, and thank you for the great service and mini chat on life, while singing REM with me at the bar to help bring my spirits up.To the owners, I kindly ask you share some recognition to Paul and the chef in the heart of house.“
“My daughter & I popped in for lunch today, as I have had a hankering for French onion soup for a long time. While in town I googled "best French onion soup in Georgetown" which led us to them. The server also said its a fave of hers so we ordered it. OMG! I think it may be the best I've ever had! Baked in their wood oven, it was just what the doctor ordered! Looking forward to returning soon!“
