“Hands down the best around. The service is unbeatable — every visit feels like they genuinely care. The team is fast, friendly and they seem to have a lot of fun working together. Everyone looks like they genuinely enjoy their job — which is rare these days.
I have to specifically call out Candace, who is always in a positive mood and seems to command the respect of those that work with her. She is a real gem.
The owners used to also own the franchise in Erin. Ever since they sold that location, it has gone downhill. I don't know what they do differently, but head office should use the Hwy 7 location as the gold standard.“

“I visited this Tim Hortons today as a volunteer doctor and witnessed one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever seen. A lady came in and started arguing about butter and cream cheese. She was clearly in the wrong but was extremely rude to the girl working at the counter even threatening to leave a bad review and get her fired.Despite the negativity, the staff member handled the situation with incredible patience and grace. She stayed calm, kind, and respectful throughout it all. It was genuinely impressive to watch.Later, I ordered food, and she made it so well it was absolutely delicious. That was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.Kudos to her for representing Tim Hortons with such a positive attitude. People like her make the experience better for everyone!
