Tim Hortons in Georgetown

“I visited this Tim Hortons today as a volunteer doctor and witnessed one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever seen. A lady came in and started arguing about butter and cream cheese. She was clearly in the wrong but was extremely rude to the girl working at the counter even threatening to leave a bad review and get her fired.Despite the negativity, the staff member handled the situation with incredible patience and grace. She stayed calm, kind, and respectful throughout it all. It was genuinely impressive to watch.Later, I ordered food, and she made it so well it was absolutely delicious. That was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.Kudos to her for representing Tim Hortons with such a positive attitude. People like her make the experience better for everyone! I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“Honestly I don't know what it is about this location but every other Tim Hortons need to follow suit. They always have the best freshest doughnuts that are properly dipped that I could only imagine is what Tim Hortons should taste and look like, plus they have the best tasting coffee. Could be the time I go around 4pm-5pm but hats off to that team and owner.“

“I recently started frequenting this location to get some work done while enjoying some delicious coffee. I recently met Megan (GM) and her team - she runs an exceptional business!
I was present during the most recent Steritech audit, and as a fellow restaurant guy, it was great to see the entire team hustling and preparing for the audit!
I also met Cathy today and had a brief chat while she was sweeping and mopping the dining room prior to the lunch rush. Cathy was an absolute pleasure to chat with!

A special shoutout to Prabhjot Kaur – she was incredibly kind, professional, and had a warm smile that made my day. She handled my order perfectly and was very patient and polite throughout. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer service.
