“The fergus location is the best! We have been to both Fergus and Guelph. Our girls love the Fergus location. The man that is always there when we bring our girls to get their Sweet Tea fix is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super kind to our girls. They have been going frequently and just love how nice and friendly he is. Our youngest has been insisting on using her own money to buy stuff there and LOVES giving him tips! Every day she asks if we can go there. “We arrived for 5:15pm for our dinner reservation. It was our first time here. We were checked in very quickly. Our hostes was lovely and excited to hear we were there for the first time. Our server was Emily (I hope I got her name right). She was great at explaining the menu and giving recommendations. We really liked that she didn't rush us and made it a very comfortable experience. Appetizer we had the mushroom toast, it was a good portion for two people. Drinks, my husband has beer and I tried the Berries in Bloom and Quebec 37, I enjoyed the Quebec 37 more. For mains I had the potato thin crust pizza and my husband had braised beef cheeks. Both were good portions and delicious. For dessert we had chocolate torte, tasted good but was the smallest dessert we probably ever had at a restaurant. We wish the portion was bigger. After dinner we went to the bookstore next door and picked up some games.”

“Over the years, visiting different Tim Hortons locations across Canada has been a bittersweet experience. However, when I relocated to my new store in Guelph and started visiting the Tim Hortons at 232 Silvercreek Parkway, my experience completely changed.

The customer service provided by Shanie and Jada has been exceptional. Keep in mind that I live in Mississauga and work in Guelph, yet I never stop for Tim Hortons in Mississauga. I always wait until I arrive in Guelph because of the outstanding service they provide.

These two ladies consistently put a smile on my face and make every visit enjoyable. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and friendly service truly stand out.

Shanie and Jada, keep shining! Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. Thank you for making a difference in your customers' day.

But when I went today it was pretty quick and the gentlemen at either window were both nice, and they originally made my drink wrong but quickly remade it and even let me take the mistaken one.”

I am regular at this Tim Hortons and thankfully till date I never had a bad experience with any of the staff members.

But today one woman with specs ruined my day.

I see there was a sign of 'Please Queue up here'

When I entered Tim Hortons, I saw no one waiting that is why I proceeded directly towards the counter.

The staff seemed pretty busy so they weren't able to assist me as soon as I entered.

I cooperated and stood patiently there until someome came to assist me.

Then that lady with specs comes to me and asks me to move back to the line wait there. I told that because I saw no one in the line that is why I directly came to the counter, the rest of the staff knew that there was someone waiting at the counter and they responded that somone will be there to assist you shortly, but that lady with specs was being rude to me and asking me to move back to where the queue sign was kept rudely saying 'That you have to stand there, we can't see you'

Despite being patient and cooperating with the staff I had to face this.

I hope the staff changes its behavior and treats their regular guests in a better way.

As a regular customer, I value the service I usually receive at this location, which is why this experience stood out so negatively. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff to communicate with customers respectfully and professionally.

“This is by far the BEST Harvey's out there.

I've been coming here for years and it's never disappoint. Especially the last 4-5 years have been insanely good. Customer service, food quality, and cleanliness inside the restaurant is all top notch.

Even during rush/busy hours the team manages to keep it together and serve consistent food with friendly/professional service. Sometimes I don't even know how they manage to do it.

The burgers are beyond amazing, usually if I'm craving a burger it's this Harvey's. They put a generous amount of toppings when you ask for it and everything just tastes perfect. Also the promos have been plentiful with the BOGO or $3-$4-$5 single, double, or jr burgers. There are always good deals on the app.

Fries are fresh and the poutine is always consistent. I've only tried the veggie and chicken burgers a handful of times but each time was the same! Fantastic.

I've tried other Harvey's in and around Guelph/kitchener and closer to Toronto. None compare to this location. It's hands down the best.

The veggie platter had cucumbers, crostini, and tortilla chips with guacamole, spinach hummus and vegan queso. the guacamole and hummus was really good while the vegan queso tasted more like salsa versus queso. the chips also came out of a bag and would’ve been better if they were fresh. the crostini were alright with nice portion size but a little less fresh.

I stock up for the week with an oatmeal sandwich loaf (awesome for our Saturday lunch grilled cheese sandwiches), baguettes (they make for fantastic French toasts), croissant bread (which my daughter devours in her school lunches) and often something sweet as a treat - the brownies, bee sting squares and cinnamon rolls are always a hit! The staff is super friendly and I appreciate the loyalty cards for coffee and bread. The bakery itself is small but so quaint being in an old historical house. If you haven’t tried With the Grain, you’re missing out on a Guelph experience.”

“My granddaughter works for the Timmies at 29 Wellington in Guelph Ontario. She really likes her job and her supervisor. My granddaughter has a good sense of what she prefers and her attitude in going to work each day tells me that she is totally satisfied in her job which is what every grandma wants you to do hear. My favorite is the latte and a chocolate dipped donut. I usually go through the drive through but the employee at the window is friendly and helpful. I have never got a wrong order and am grateful to the staff for making it a pleasant experience. I did write another review today but for some reason only the excellent rating was recorded. “I ordered the vegetarian platter for one. It came on a massive piece of injera, and two more rolled slices of injera were served. There was a marvelous, colourful selection of vegetable dishes, three kinds of lentils/beans, four or five types of vegetables, all wonderfully seasoned and cooked, expect for the green salad. Beets, cabbage, greens, salad, lentils, beans, you name it. Injera is fermented and had a lovely sour flavour. Really good for you, as was the whole meal. The portion size was huge, enough for three full meals for me, plus leftover injera for another meal. Service was good and fast, but the restaurant has an overall dilapidated appearance, and although it is clean, may look otherwise due to the age of the furnishings. I saw a few people enter the bathroom while I was there, and when I went to use it saw that it was clean with the exception of the toliet seat which someone had forgotten to raise. I changed my mind and just washed my hands there.”

me and my boyfriend have been coming here for a couple of months and right away He recognizes us. He remembers our order - we come here for the free pool and the amazing wings. I also personally love the antijitos and the large nachos !!! the portions are amazing. The music is amazing. He even has games on the side !! This is the best place with great weekly deals. I’ve never been happier with a spot like this. Plus he even upgraded the bar to have a huge TV specifically for the FIFA World Cup. he truly puts his customers needs first. come on out. !!!!!”

“Great place and really friendly owner. We brought in dinner from The Crafty Ramen around the corner which has limited seating. I also brought in a cake as it was my husband's birthday. We had a lovely time drinking wine and beer over dinner. They were very accommodating. The casual intimate setting was perfect for our little celebration with family.”

“We came to the Albion for our run club and normally just get a beer but we saw the salmon sausage on the menu and it sounded so interesting we had to try it. It came with really delicious house made potato chips. The sausage was more like baked salmon than a sausage texture but the flavour was good but I think I prefer a normal sausage.
I really love the vibe of the place and the servers are so friendly and welcoming.”
