“We arrived for 5:15pm for our dinner reservation. It was our first time here. We were checked in very quickly. Our hostes was lovely and excited to hear we were there for the first time. Our server was Emily (I hope I got her name right). She was great at explaining the menu and giving recommendations. We really liked that she didn't rush us and made it a very comfortable experience. Appetizer we had the mushroom toast, it was a good portion for two people. Drinks, my husband has beer and I tried the Berries in Bloom and Quebec 37, I enjoyed the Quebec 37 more. For mains I had the potato thin crust pizza and my husband had braised beef cheeks. Both were good portions and delicious. For dessert we had chocolate torte, tasted good but was the smallest dessert we probably ever had at a restaurant. We wish the portion was bigger. After dinner we went to the bookstore next door and picked up some games.”

What was appealing at this location was the breakout room with its long table, suitable for a group of 8-10, plus a couple of comfy chairs. (Couldn’t take photos as room was occupied). Really liked this location, and enjoyed rhe hockey decor!”

The staff are very understanding, knowledgeable and accommodating to all my asks, and easy to communicate with.
The food is always fresh, delicious and tasty, clearly made with passion.
The place is also well designed in a modern and neat style. Although I didn’t get a chance yet to dine-in as I always go for grab n go, but I like ordering from inside the store rather than the drive through to get a chance to enjoy the atmosphere.

I will say, it is NOT tim hortons staffs responsibility to help customers with this, as it slows down the line, customers then get upset, food is not hot, to long to wait. Its not tim hortons that holds up the line, food service, etc. Customers must know to have thier tim hortons app, open, set-up and ready to go. If customers are prepaired at cash, everything else will fall in to place. Happy customers, happy staff members, happy management!”

The atmosphere is wonderful. We were on the second floor, the stairs are a bit steep, so it was a bit of a struggle for my grandmother, but said stairs are very wide, so there was lots of room for us to help along side her, and keep most of the walk way open.
They wwre trying out a new fall menu, and its just as good if not better than their standard one. I would highly recommend this place! Its classy, but not outrageously expensive, and has a gorgeous ambiance. Perfect for events, date nights, or even just if you're feeling like treating yourself to a nice dinner.”

“I've always been a fan of Wellington beer, so l was stoked to finally visit the brewery. Cool store when you first walk in. I left with a nice glass and some beer and the merch is really cool along with the discs they sell for disc golf!
We went for lunch so there weren't many food options other than snacks, so we got some Grilled Brie Cheese Sandwiches which were fine, I mean, Brie is always amazing, but it was just missing something whether it was honey and nuts, cranberry sauce, ketchup etc. The beer was great as expected. We all got flights and enjoyed all of our drinks. Favourites included the Crispy Forever,, S.P.A., and Helles Lager. Fair prices here and a nice atmosphere.
Our server was soooo nice too, she heard that I was skeptical on trying the County Brown Ale so she so kindly brought me a little sample to try during our tasting! I'm not big on porters/ stouts and can be picky with dark brown ales, but I very much enjoyed this one, so thank you for the taster! Will be back in the summer hopefully :)”

“Total hidden gem! We are staying nearby and wanted to grab dinner. Decided to walk around and came upon Pablo's. The menu looked good and was extremely well priced, and my husband was drawn in by the all-you-can-eat wings, and the patio looked fantastic! The menu consists of fried chicken - in pieces, in sandwich form and as wings. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with fried potatoes as a side (pictured). The sandwich was absolutely delicious and very spicy. The fried potatoes were also delicious - potato chunks instead of fries, and crispy and very well seasoned. My husband had the all you can eat wings and two sauces. The wings were full wings (not split) and southern fried - our server declared they don't eff around 😂. And they don't. The wings were excellent on their own, but they have a variety of sauces you can add on for a couple of bucks each - you get a very good serving of each sauce. They also have a small but good variety of canned craft beers and cider. The patio is great and they have a bunch of pinball machines and other arcade games inside. The prices were great as well - all you can eat wings + 2 sauces, Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with 1 side, 3 beers and a soft drink came to $56. They don't have a website, but trust me when I say this place is worth checking out for a meal. The service was great, the prices were great and the food was absolutely delicious.”

“I came to get the weekday 11-5 specials (meal plus drink). Came in and sat down at a table at around 4:00. Waited 10 minutes, nothing. No menu (in the past when I have come it was almost instant if not within a minute so I found it odd). A group of guys who had sat down after me was being served drinks, but I had yet to even see a server pass by my table (section I was in had other tables who were about halfway through a meal so it was not closed). Waited another five minutes then moved to the section with the guys who had drinks (bar seats). Another five minutes and the server for that section came by and asked if I’d been served. Explained the situation (I’d been waiting at one of the tables with no sign of anyone so moved to where I had seen people get served figuring it might increase my chances of getting seen). She was very apologetic (even though it wasn’t her fault) and the food was good as always (got the gryphon grand slam), but still feel conflicted about the situation. It wasn’t a notably busy time compared to other times when I’ve been and service has always been on point. Every other time I’ve come I’ve never had any issues with service (hence why the review is four stars rather than three) but I guess if you’re coming just be aware that wait times can really extend based on what server is in charge of your section. Would still come again though.”

“went to this establishment with my wife while I played in a league. I ordered my drinks, of course using my manners. After both of us ordering drink as well as many others, I had received my drink and many others, while my wife's drink had not. I went up to politely ask about my wife's drink taking so long. They said it was coming. Then right after that I was confronted by a different waitress stating that I was rude, literally signaling me in front of a crowd saying that I was rude. Neither of us have been to this establishment before and within 20 minutes were told we were being rude. I did not realize that using manners and asking for my drink was being rude. Even all the other patrons could not understand what I had done. I found this to be VERY offensive to both me and my wife. Don't judge people by how others act, especially for a patrons first visit. Maybe finding some nicer staff would be nice, maybe someone to appreciate the customers that come in to your establishment, there are many other places to spend my hard earned money because obviously they don't want it.”

“With the Grain is my Saturday morning ritual. The coffee and baked goods are amazing. I stock up for the week with an oatmeal sandwich loaf (awesome for our Saturday lunch grilled cheese sandwiches), baguettes (they make for fantastic French toasts), croissant bread (which my daughter devours in her school lunches) and often something sweet as a treat - the brownies, bee sting squares and cinnamon rolls are always a hit! The staff is super friendly and I appreciate the loyalty cards for coffee and bread. The bakery itself is small but so quaint being in an old historical house. If you haven’t tried With the Grain, you’re missing out on a Guelph experience.”

“My granddaughter works for the Timmies at 29 Wellington in Guelph Ontario. She really likes her job and her supervisor. My granddaughter has a good sense of what she prefers and her attitude in going to work each day tells me that she is totally satisfied in her job which is what every grandma wants you to do hear. My favorite is the latte and a chocolate dipped donut. I usually go through the drive through but the employee at the window is friendly and helpful. I have never got a wrong order and am grateful to the staff for making it a pleasant experience. I did write another review today but for some reason only the excellent rating was recorded.
