Gurjot(sp.) and his crew are always professional yet efficient, always asking about how one would like the chicken and if sauces or other condiments are required. One time they even took my order at almost closing time. And the food is awesome too- I always order the extra spicy chicken which is always flavourful and crispy.”

“It's not often you get blown away from a drive-thru interaction. Recently, we experienced an amazing customer service episode with a young gentleman named Sathvik. He welcomed us by asking, "how has your day been so far?". Great eye contact, genuine smile and attentiveness. He even sensed our uncertainty on whether we wanted any sauces with our order which we finally said 'no' too and when he came back with our order bag, he stated "I threw in a couple in case you change your minds". We frequent the Clair Road location regularly and are always impressed with the level of service from the staff. It is a testament to the quality of training from their management and ownership. Great to see! Thank you!”

For all the ice cream lovers out there like me—this location serves the best adult-sized vanilla cones! Nothing drives me crazier than getting one of those tiny cones that feel like they're made for kids. But not here—this location actually gives you a proper-sized vanilla cone, which is surprisingly hard to find these days.
The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. I'm consistently impressed with how pleasant and professional they are, no matter how busy it gets.
Thushada, prepared the best vanilla cone and hot fudge sundae I’ve ever had. The presentation was perfect, and it was clear she took care and pride in her work. That extra effort truly made my day, and I really appreciated it.
Also, a quick shoutout to the McDonald's app—if you're a regular patron, it's a must-have. The deals and rewards you get through the app are fantastic and not available otherwise.

The tacos were really good and they were heavy handed with the meat and toppings which I always appreciate getting what I pay for. Although, they could’ve put a bit more sour cream or put it and the salsa on the side (just my personal preference- to avoid sogginess)

The first time I came here I got pizza which was phenomenal and the second time I got a smoked salmon dill pasta of sorts which was definitely a first and very yummy. They have some great diverse options. Our service was great the first time we came here and the second time it was a bit slow but we were compensated for that without even asking which is customer service at its peak. “Total hidden gem! We are staying nearby and wanted to grab dinner. Decided to walk around and came upon Pablo's. The menu looked good and was extremely well priced, and my husband was drawn in by the all-you-can-eat wings, and the patio looked fantastic! The menu consists of fried chicken - in pieces, in sandwich form and as wings. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with fried potatoes as a side (pictured). The sandwich was absolutely delicious and very spicy. The fried potatoes were also delicious - potato chunks instead of fries, and crispy and very well seasoned. My husband had the all you can eat wings and two sauces. The wings were full wings (not split) and southern fried - our server declared they don't eff around 😂. And they don't. The wings were excellent on their own, but they have a variety of sauces you can add on for a couple of bucks each - you get a very good serving of each sauce. They also have a small but good variety of canned craft beers and cider. The patio is great and they have a bunch of pinball machines and other arcade games inside. The prices were great as well - all you can eat wings + 2 sauces, Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with 1 side, 3 beers and a soft drink came to $56. They don't have a website, but trust me when I say this place is worth checking out for a meal. The service was great, the prices were great and the food was absolutely delicious.”

After both of us ordering drink as well as many others, I had received my drink and many others, while my wife's drink had not. I went up to politely ask about my wife's drink taking so long. They said it was coming. Then right after that I was confronted by a different waitress stating that I was rude, literally signaling me in front of a crowd saying that I was rude. Neither of us have been to this establishment before and within 20 minutes were told we were being rude. I did not realize that using manners and asking for my drink was being rude. Even all the other patrons could not understand what I had done. I found this to be VERY offensive to both me and my wife. Don't judge people by how others act, especially for a patrons first visit. Maybe finding some nicer staff would be nice, maybe someone to appreciate the customers that come in to your establishment, there are many other places to spend my hard earned money because obviously they don't want it.”

The brown sugar oat tea is fantastic, super creamy and saturated flavour. It makes the tapioca kind of taste like licorice?? (Which I love.) The service is usually pretty brusque but that's fine because the drinks always deliver. They also have a tiny Christmas tree that sits in the corner year-round. I've decided to call him Steve. Steve contributes a lot to the overall atmosphere. Great place to go. Try a croffle!”

“My granddaughter works for the Timmies at 29 Wellington in Guelph Ontario. She really likes her job and her supervisor. My granddaughter has a good sense of what she prefers and her attitude in going to work each day tells me that she is totally satisfied in her job which is what every grandma wants you to do hear. My favorite is the latte and a chocolate dipped donut. I usually go through the drive through but the employee at the window is friendly and helpful. I have never got a wrong order and am grateful to the staff for making it a pleasant experience. I did write another review today but for some reason only the excellent rating was recorded. “The visit was great and I was glad we went to the afternoon seating as the food was filling. All the courses were tasty and presented very nice. I enjoyed the table shows before each course. The only thought, the reduction used on the chicken dish tasted the same as the one used on my steak. I would have preferred a different flavour for each. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend. Our dinner was a gift from our daughter. I must admit when I first walked in from the street the front seating had me a little worried, but behind the curtain was lovely.”

“It's not often you get blown away from a drive-thru interaction. Recently, we experienced an amazing customer service episode with a young gentleman named Sathvik. He welcomed us by asking, "how has your day been so far?". Great eye contact, genuine smile and attentiveness. He even sensed our uncertainty on whether we wanted any sauces with our order which we finally said 'no' too and when he came back with our order bag, he stated "I threw in a couple in case you change your minds". We frequent the Clair Road location regularly and are always impressed with the level of service from the staff. It is a testament to the quality of training from their management and ownership. First of all it arrived still hot (only 10 min delivery) but when I opened it up, the fries were all dark and over cooked (not a single golden fry) it didn’t look like extra pulled pork (like I had ordered), the pork was dry with little to no sauce, and barely any cheese curds in the poutine. I used to work for the company so was disappointed in the quality
