And I love the patties. It's true that they aren't spicy-hot, but they have a great flavour and they balance well with the sweetness of the pastry.

“Finally got to try Big Fat Jerk today and I truly cannot say enough good things about Onike and her food.

Onike was so responsive, kind, and accommodating. She was able to help us double our pickup order and move the pickup time up on short notice, and her daughter was lovely to deal with when we picked up our food.

The food was INSANE. The jerk chicken was so flavourful and had a nice mild, warming spice. The curry goat was incredible, and I’m not even usually a fan of goat. Both meats were so tender that I literally ate them with a spoon. The rice and peas and coleslaw were AMAZING, everything had a perfect salt level and the portion sizes were massive. The price was more than reasonable for the quality and portions.

“We stopped by yesterday while we were visiting from out of town. We didn’t realize they were closing when we came in but they were so wonderful and still served us oxtail meals that were so happy to try! They knew we were travelling a few hours before eating and packed it up for us so it would stay warm. It was delicious!! We have tried various Caribbean restaurants in different towns and the food here was amazing!! Thank you so much for your kind service and hospitality!! Whenever we are in town we will be back. My husband always loves getting a home cooked meal that reminds him of “back home” on the islands. Thanks again!!!“
