“The cozy & elegant ambience was perfect for sitting and chatting with friends while we ate yummy snacks and sipped some of the tastiest coffee I've ever had. I wouldn't describe myself as someone who picks out fine details in coffee flavours but the coffee I had here, for the first time in my life, gave me an idea of what that's like because I could smell and taste so much that I had to check with my friend to make sure I wasn't imagining!! Next time I'm in the GTA I'll make a special trip down to Guelph just so I can go again!

“Recently came home to Guelph after a year and wanted to make an effort to support local independent businesses instead of the chain brands.

Decided to try this place out at lunch and it was great. Had the fish burger and fries. Burger was simple but good and the fries were the best fries I’ve had in ages. Hadn’t had anything close since that one place near Sauble Beach shut down.

Prices were aight, roughly par with McDonalds or A&W,

I stopped back in for dinner before heading home, and enjoyed the Chicken Burger this time with more of those fries, also pretty good.

The woman who served me was extremely nice and helpful in answering questions about the menu items, and enjoyed a friendly conversation about common experiences.

Will be visiting in the future“

“So glad Planet Bean is open again! But when I walked in the vibe is a little stark? Grey and white walls? No plants? Hoping to see some life injected into this local institution. The addition of a breakfast and lunch side kitchen is smart with the train station and City Hall nearby. I had the ciabatta breakfast bun - good! Could use tomato and lettuce though. Hoping for good things from Planet Bean!“

“This is a nice place for an after-dinner meal, or perhaps a date. I ordered the Hit D Spot, which is a plate of Belgian waffles topped with ice cream and brownies. It was very good, but pretty filling so I had to share it with my brother. It took some time to make, though that was understandable given the size of the order, which was pretty big. I would suggest bringing someone to share your food with if you want to order one of the bigger desserts.“

“I loooooove Crazy Carrot and definitely recommend checking them out if you want a healthy eating option in Guelph. I would eat their Oaxaca bowl everyday of the week if I could (great portion, love the dressing + hot sauce). But anytime I've tried something different off the menu, I've loved it too. “I have had a lot of coffee from all over, the Guildsmen Cafe is one of the best. Very few places make a truly hand-crafted coffee. We have moved away and their coffee is one of the things we miss most. Highly recommend!!“

“I stopped going to Williams cafe about 7 years ago because the food is extremely disappointing. Since then they have renovated and I believe switched owners so I went back today for convenience and turned out to that was a mistake. I got the chicken pesto panini which was first of all tiny then came with bagged chicken and some very horrible Coleslaw&pickle. Cost me $22 dollars for a coffee, cookie and a small sandwich. zero effort was put into the delivery of the food as everything they serve comes out of a bag. I could have gone to an actual nice restaurant and paid the same to get a better meal. I stopped here because I was at staples and went against my better judgement. I'm sorry for thinking that they improved their menu and food prep.“

“This starbucks is inside the metro but trust me the barista CASSIDY was amazing and made my drink so perfect the way i wanted, if you ever experience other Starbucks are out of stock the stuff you looking for, definitely try this one you will never regret, plus Cassidy will make your drink so perfect.“

“My granddaughter works for the Timmies at 29 Wellington in Guelph Ontario. She really likes her job and her supervisor. My granddaughter has a good sense of what she prefers and her attitude in going to work each day tells me that she is totally satisfied in her job which is what every grandma wants you to do hear. My favorite is the latte and a chocolate dipped donut. I usually go through the drive through but the employee at the window is friendly and helpful. I have never got a wrong order and am grateful to the staff for making it a pleasant experience. I did write another review today but for some reason only the excellent rating was recorded. Keep up the good work- all of you.“

“The food and drinks here are excellent. The service is okay but I find that it can be inconsistent. Sometimes, it takes 10 minutes for food but my drink was made quicker. One time I ordered a cold pastry and it took about 10 minutes to get to me, while the employees were standing around and talking amongst themselves. Overall, I enjoy coming to this Starbucks.“

“First time here , i came to the ICAS offices and i really wanted to get a hot drink and google showed me this tim hortons. I was looking around but can’t actually see no locations, so this is located inside the ontario building so close i was soo happy because i had an appointment and i didn’t want to take me so long waiting. , anyway you pass through the spind doors and turn left you will pass the conferences room and and the end of the hall is a cafeteria so easy and self service which is great , i was in a hurry.

They have a big area for the sandwiches, salads, bakery this was around 11 am so it was only 2 girls at the front so you have to wait less than five minutes to pay . So is not a big issue.

I enjoyed my drink and happy to find this just a few steps from where i have my appointment.“

“This is my favourite starbucks in Guelph. I feel accepted, comfortable, and relaxed when I come here to work on school or need time to reschedule myself.

Parking: There is about 10 spots directly in front of the starbucks, but if for some reason those spots are all filled, there are lots of spaces a couple steps down from the infront parking lots.“

“A very clean and friendly location. I was so impressed I wanted to compliment the manager and I got the owner! I think her name was Joanne. She was lovely. You can tell that the owner is hands on in this location by the exceptional quality compared to other Tim’s! Keep up the great work! I will definitely be returning to this Tim’s.“
