McDonald's in Hamilton

“Yesterday I decided to stop by mcdonald’s for a coffee, The young lady taking payment in the drive thru with pink hair (I didn’t get her name) was very sweet and she very patient as i paid with change, she made sure my order was correct and my coffee was perfect!! I don’t go to mcdonald’s often but I might have to start going here more.“

“I always come to this McDonald’s and they are normally rude but I had this one employee and she was amazing she made my whole order fast and correct and she showed true leadership and care for her job. She was a blond haired girl and I couldn’t get her name but she showed that teens can be great worker.“

“I really like the layout of this McDonald's; the interior feels modern and the self-serve kiosks are easy to navigate. I ordered through the app and my food was ready at the counter within minutes. The staff were friendly and made sure I had all my sauces before I left. It's a convenient spot with plenty of seating if you're looking to sit down and eat. Good consistency and service every time.“

“To start, when I went through the drive thru tonight, they forgot an item on my order. This fact is however DWARFED by the fact that when I called in about it and said I was coming back for it as I live very close not only did they give me the burger they forgot but they made a fresh one and a fresh fry to make up for the inconvenience. To the supervisor on shift who assisted me when I came back into the store, thank you for being the epitome of a customer service star, and I do truly hope the rest of the team sees how you work and adopts the same ethics re: customers.“

“This is a bit of a cheat review. I've been going to that McDonald's for 20 years. I have eating issues and often have weird orders. Every single time they cater to my requirements. They're always polite, call me and my pup by name. And just make the experience a lot more enjoyable. This is the dundurn location.“

“I may only dine-in here once a year, usually drive-thru. My compliments on the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Smart decision to remove the self-serve soda fountains. It was nice to see the manager bring out a cake and, with the whole team, sing happy birthday to an employee, at the front. It's not easy working in the service industry, nor that location, and I was happy to see such employee appreciation. I was served at the counter by the birthday lady herself, who was equally kind to the person ahead of me. Cheers. Meal was fresh & tasty, served fast & with a smile.“

“I’m not gonna lie. There are a lot of mistakes here. I ordered two quarter pounders once and got two burgers. I overpaid and didnt get the food i ordered. Last time I went in I ordered an egg McMuffin. It took a while and the staff was so sweet and apologized and even added fries into my bag.“

“I went to the McDonald's on upper wentworth today and I got served by a young lady named khianna and if I could give more then 5 stars for her service I would!! that young lady had some of the best customer service I think I've ever had!! she was so patient and kind!“

“Went there yesterday for lunch and I must say the place was immaculate... I have never seen such a clean mcdonalds in my life. From the tables to the fountain counter and as far as I can see into the kitchen. I will definitely be going back. The food was nice and hot. The fires weren't overly salted.“
