“Friendly staff fast service, I have a great experience every time I go in, I have witnessed them deal with a lot of drug addicts and more and still keep their cool well also doing their best to serve their customers good job to everyone working there and keep it up.“

Parking: Parking good as long u dont show up when they really busy then it hard to find parking....

Kid-friendliness: Some mc Ds have play lands for the kids after or before they eat...

Wheelchair accessibility: Like most its a push button to open door unless you go to Mac Ds that have sliding doors to open and close“

“Drive thru order today. I'd normally give THIS location 2 to 3 stars (because they have messed up my order and they usually miss placing the salsa with the order.) Today however, the breakfast burritos were FULL (not skimpy, thin things), filling was good and hot! SALSA was with the order (yay... thank you, because with out it, they are dried out and taste like cardboard!)
Coffee was and always is great! Service was quick and efficient!“

“Really like the place go there a lot workers are nice, the food is yummy and the thing I like that the food is warm, in some mc Donald’s places it’s cold and the cafes are cold, This mc Donald’s building is clean and they serve warm or hot, also i like that they ask if you want your order with you or eat in twice.

Parking: Parking is nice and there are spots for disabled people.“

“To my surprise this location was super clean! 1st time I visited a neat location. And the staff was cleaning tables several times while I was there.
Also I was surprised how fast they made my order, I just finished with payment and in a minute they were serving my tea. Usually in other locations it takes up to 5-10 minutes!“

“I visited this location few times this month with my daughters and I received exceptional client service at this location. I am living in Markham and drove to Hamilton to visit my daughters who are studying at McMaster University. I visited so many McDonalds stores in and around Markham and we always have issues with their services or food, but this location in Hamilton we visited twice already and received excellent customer service on our each visit to this store. I can understand why the services are different from Markham ,Toronto or Scarborough compare to Hamilton, because in Markham, Toronto or Scarborough most of their staffs are Students most of them from India. So the services are really poor because they don’t care about the customers; they only care about their pay checks. In Hamilton I noticed specially at this location too there are many diverse students are working but they care about their customers as well as the food. I strongly recommend this location for anyone specially for family because they have second floor restaurant area where you can sit and eat peacefully.“

“Decent for a quick bite. Need to be more frequently cleaning the place.. but a few people choose to leave their mess behind whish is annoying

“Manager Interrupted counter staff while making my order to fill out a work form while more orders were waiting as well. Definitely need some management training. You never interrupt the staff while serving customers to complete your work. Two coffees took 10 mins, just poor.“

“We came on Saturday, so it was a bit busy, but that's totally ok. Ordered a premium coffee with a cinnamon roll. They told us to wait because they were baking them fresh. After we got the cinnamon roll and went to our table, a very nice lady came and gave us 2 extra cinnamon rolls!! Thank you so much. This legitimately made our day ❤️🙏“
