“I go out of my way every day to get my coffee from this McDonald’s because of Sharon, the lovely older lady who works at the drive-through. Her warm smile and kind attitude brighten my mornings more than she probably realizes. It’s amazing how a simple smile and genuine kindness can set the tone for someone’s whole day. Sharon, please keep smiling – you truly make a difference!“

“Workers are always well-spoken, professional and quick. Even if you have to wait for food it's only ever a short wait. The only downside of this location is the shape of the parking lot, it can be a bit of a struggle getting into line depending on which entry your using. Other than that the store it self is always clean when I've been inside, workers seem to be in good spirits considering they deal with the public. This is my main McDonald's location I visit.“

“My experience at this location was great compared to another one I recently visited. I ordered the exact same breakfast order, and this location followed the instructions properly and had fresh food ready when I picked it up. Really appreciated the attention to detail. I’d also like to add that the staff were super friendly and the service was efficient. Everything was ready on time, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Great job to the team!“

“I go through the drive thru multiple times everyday for coffee. The coffee is always perfect!! On Saturday mornings the women who takes both my order at the speaker and my money at the 1st window is absolutely amazing!! She is always very kind, warm and cheerful. On more than 1 occasion I had been having a horrid day, and her kindness, warm smile, & cheerful mood was enough to turn my entire day around. She is always very polite. It is so nice going through a drive thru and have such a positive experience. I believe her name is Jenn, if you want amazing customer service, reasonable priced food and excellent coffee, I highly recommend this McDonald's especially on Saturday mornings.“

“Ordered coffee carafes for an event and had excellent service both while on the phone ordering and during pickup. Service was super friendly and we were provided with more then enough supplies to go with coffee. Highly recommend them over TH. The price was also extremely reasonable“

“A good McDonalds with great service and food. Some times it can get busy but generally fast service!! For a quieter dining experience, try the second floor. It is not always open but if you ask at the counter. They'll often let you go up there.“

“I’m not gonna lie. There are a lot of mistakes here. I ordered two quarter pounders once and got two burgers. I overpaid and didnt get the food i ordered. Last time I went in I ordered an egg McMuffin. It took a while and the staff was so sweet and apologized and even added fries into my bag.“

“I had the absolute pleasure of having Trish help me today!

I had seen someone giving her a hard time ahead of me due to an order from another day and here I was standing behind this woman and I had a small issue with my order that I had just picked up. I didn’t want to be a bother to her after I had seen this other woman argue with her over a policy that she cannot control. So when I approached her with my concern she was wonderful. She was quick to solve my problem all with a smile on her face.

“Manager Interrupted counter staff while making my order to fill out a work form while more orders were waiting as well. Definitely need some management training. You never interrupt the staff while serving customers to complete your work. Two coffees took 10 mins, just poor.“
