Every time I come in, whether it’s early morning or during a busy lunch rush, Sharon is calm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She always greets customers with a genuine smile and somehow manages to remember regular orders, even when the line is out the door.

What really stands out is her attention to detail and how she keeps things moving without making anyone feel rushed. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and that kind of attitude makes a huge difference in a place that sees so many people every day.

“I’ve tried several bubble tea spots, but Mr. Sun Bubble Tea is hands down the best!!! I had the Snow Red (Rose Oolong Latte), and it was absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of flavours. “I visited this Tim Hortons today as a volunteer doctor and witnessed one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever seen. A lady came in and started arguing about butter and cream cheese. She was clearly in the wrong but was extremely rude to the girl working at the counter even threatening to leave a bad review and get her fired.Despite the negativity, the staff member handled the situation with incredible patience and grace. She stayed calm, kind, and respectful throughout it all. It was genuinely impressive to watch.Later, I ordered food, and she made it so well it was absolutely delicious. That was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.Kudos to her for representing Tim Hortons with such a positive attitude. People like her make the experience better for everyone! The location is clean the drinks are so tasty
And the breakfast cookie is great for those who have gluten allergies or sensitivity (I’ve been told by family members the other baked goods are also delicious)

The atmosphere inside the restaurant was fantastic as well. It is well lit and decorated with lovely art which look amazing as a background in pictures. This Starbucks is located inside Sobeys, so while the quality is what you'd expect—reliable and consistent—there’s no dedicated seating area. There is a shared space nearby, but it was packed with students from the school across the street when I visited. It’s a bit different from the typical Starbucks atmosphere, but still a solid experience overall.“

It seems like the establishment is owned and operated by an elderly Vietnamese couple, who take pride and care in their work. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich (spicy) and a Vietnamese iced coffee. Both were delicious and satisfying! I highly recommend this place next time you’re craving a banh mi sandwich.“

I have to specifically call out Candace, who is always in a positive mood and seems to command the respect of those that work with her. She is a real gem.

The owners used to also own the franchise in Erin. Ever since they sold that location, it has gone downhill. I don't know what they do differently, but head office should use the Hwy 7 location as the gold standard.“
