“For Chinese-Canadian food, Asia Wok is one of the best and tastiest options in Barrie. They are one of the few places which does actual Cantonese style sweet-and-sour pork, not just breaded pork smothered in sauce, and they have the best chicken balls in the region; actual chicken pieces with a light crispy batter. As someone who's ethnically Chinese, this is the first restaurant where I've admitted to eating a 'chicken ball' and actually enjoyed it. I especially appreciate their extensive vegetarian menu which replicates many of their regular dishes with meat-substitutes, as my partner is vegetarian and usually has very limited choices. Portion sizes are very reasonable for the price. Overall, if we're looking to get Chinese-Canadian food, Asia Wok is our first choice.“

“Eva was our server Dec 2/24 she was great. My family was celebrating my birthday. We have been to Baton Rouge a few times and always enjoyed our meals. Staff are always checking in to make sure everything is to our liking. I'm in a wheelchair and accessibility is important. Chairs and tables are moved to accommodate and someone always willing to open the doors coming in and out of the restaurant. Portions are a good size and food is always good. Many reasons keep us coming back.“
