“We just left here and the first thing I did when I arrived home was to sit down to write this review.
We were a party of 4 and arrived to a line up. We were told it would be approximately a 30 minute wait but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. So far so good.
Then we met our server, Afton, and our visit got much better. She was pleasant, accommodating, efficient, answered all of many questions with a smile. Nothing was too much to ask. We all agreed that she was one of the best servers we had ever met, and weez old so we know what what weez talking about!
The food was fresh, plentiful, and served hot with a 😃.
It is so true that one person can make or break a night. We were fortunate and are grateful for our experience.
Without a doubt we will be back and we sincerely hope we get to see Afton again!“

“I love Harvey's. It's an Ontario tradition. A Canadian fast food burger joint where the burgers have a grilled taste like they were done on the BBQ. The burgers are not pre-dressed, they're made to order in front of you. Their onion rings are staples that I get often but I'm not a fan of their fries. Harvey's fries used to be like chip wagon fries but they changed them some years ago...to my disappointment. There's really nothing wrong with the fries, they're just not to my taste. Of course, there are also their famous, thick milkshakes. I have fond memories of going to Harvey's late at night after parties.“

“I have celiac so this is a chain I can have roast chicken and sauce. Roasted chicken without sauce is just not the same. That said it makes for a very empty plate and unfortunately the restaurant is not vey generous with the fries even though they don’t need to provide a bun. As a result, I’m still a little hungry when I leave (not the first time this has happened). A half chicken would be too much food so I wish they would at least provide more in terms of qty for the side dish, in this case fries, with the quarter chicken.
Atmosphere was fine but a portion of the restaurant needs some TLC.
Feriyal was our server and she was great.“

We had a slight issue with a salad which you quickly fixed!

“Kane, Emmanuel and Raven are the nicest, most courteous, engaging people at a fast food place that we have ever experienced. There are regular customers that come to this Harvey's and that they know their customers by name. These three employees are a 20 out of 10: they made our experience memorable.“

“Milestones is one of our favorite chain restaurants. We were commenting that in all our visits, we've never had a bad meal. And the staff at the Pinecrest location is friendly and always ready to assist! It wasn't busy on a Wednesday night, so the sound level was quite low. We've been there before when the restaurant was full, and the noise level was higher. For the price and for the ambiance, Milestones is a go-to for us in our neighborhood.“

“Just made a discovery last night - we ordered a small shake and a large shake, which were delicious. HOWEVER, turns out the small shake holds the exact same amount as the large shake!
The large cup is a bit taller and slimmer, so it looks like it’s bigger. We tested it when we got home. We have the video if anyone needs proof. Very shady to charge more for a ‘large’ when it’s the same size as the small!“

“This place is RUN LIKE THE NAVY. I was there last week during the day and the staff worked together like a well oiled machine to build my burger and make my poutine. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood too. This whole crew deserves a big raise.“

“We go out of our way to come to the location in particular. The service is always great , food and atmosphere is excellent. The restaurant is always clean and it is a busy place so you have to get there earlier than normal . This hostess and servers are always great , friendly and on the ball in particular Marie who has been our server many many times and she has a great personality and is always prompt and efficient with service.
