“We had the best waitress, whose name I have forgotten, was wonderful! I told her I would make sure I told her boss just how accommodating she was and such an agreeable person to serve us! But I think from observing the other wait staff, they were all happy and caring people. The chicken was delicious, although a bit undercooked. All else was delicious! It was very noisy where we sat at first but I asked the waitress if we could move farther away to a quieter area and in a few minutes, our gal showed us to a booth farther away so the noise level was much lower.“

“Really great burgers, fast service, cozy place. I ordered an Angus Burger combo. The burger was very delicious, juicy and nicely arranged visually. The fries were hot and yummy. The service was fast, despite the fact that there were several people ahead of me. Inside, the place was very clean and cozy.“

“Eastsides is always a great lunch or dinner spot. Food is delicious and they have a great selection. This locations service is slower than others, even when the restaurant only has a few customers.
Portion sizes have gone down over the years as well.“

“We haven’t been there for 15 years and the staff were all friendly and served us the biggest nachos I’ve ever seen. Everything was perfect!“

“I have celiac so this is a chain I can have roast chicken and sauce. Roasted chicken without sauce is just not the same. That said it makes for a very empty plate and unfortunately the restaurant is not vey generous with the fries even though they don’t need to provide a bun. As a result, I’m still a little hungry when I leave (not the first time this has happened). A half chicken would be too much food so I wish they would at least provide more in terms of qty for the side dish, in this case fries, with the quarter chicken.

Atmosphere was fine but a portion of the restaurant needs some TLC.

“Just made a discovery last night - we ordered a small shake and a large shake, which were delicious. HOWEVER, turns out the small shake holds the exact same amount as the large shake!
The large cup is a bit taller and slimmer, so it looks like it’s bigger. We tested it when we got home. We have the video if anyone needs proof. Very shady to charge more for a ‘large’ when it’s the same size as the small!“

“A bit of a chaotic Saturday dinner. The restaurant recently reopened after a 6 week renovation. Front of house staff were friendly and the serving staff were very pleasant. It was clear that the restaurant was understaffed and serving staff were trying to cope by covering for each other. I did get a sense of a team approach to the serving, albeit very impersonal. We were 6 guests and about half of our meals were really good and the other half were so-so. Apparently there were staff shortages in the kitchen as well. Given the delays, there was alot of client movement in the dining area; kids running around, adults going back and forth to the toilet, etc. The vide was more like a diner than a restaurant... not terrible, just not what we had expected or wanted. I will return in a few months when things hopefully settle down.“

Once we placed order then manager inform us to wait 7-8 minutes because they are making fresh and they always make fresh burger so it was worth to wait and value of money as well.I love this location because of their great service , freshly made food in front of your eyes.100% recommend this location.“
