“One of the most beautiful restaurants in town. Hogan’s is at the intersection of King city Avenue and Keel Street.
We found it on Google and chose to have lunch there after a long walk in Thornton Bales conservation area.
Right away we were blown away by the beautiful decoration of the restaurant.
It has a very cosy dining area and if you have a big party, there is a table with probably 20 seats upstairs.
We ordered their special linguine pasta, beef, bourguignon, Greek salad and their special burger. We were all quite happy with the food. The linguini had chicken and shrimp and the bourguignon was amongst the best I had tried.
The service was also great. We would probably be a bit more comfortable if we were checked on less frequently but everything else about the service was just great.
We finished with some delicious new York cheesecake and specialty teas.

“We often visit the Kelsey's in Markham and Newmarket. Generally we've had good experience and great food. This experience was much different. We ordered the wings with fries and the steak fajitas. The quality of the food has diminished quite a bit since our last visit. The fajita were for 4 servings yet the fillings provided were barely enough for 3. There were very little peppers and the steak was tough and chewy. The wings we ordered were inconsistent. Some were soggy and cold, and others had no sauce on them at all. Fries were good but they were served in a little bowl highlighting the small portion size. Last time we were there the fries were on the side of the wings and were a good serving size. Attention to detail was not there and serving sizes have shrunk over the last few months.“

“On Sunday, I went to Kelsey's and had nachos and an ultimate bacon burger, both of which were delicious. We had a discount coupon from another Kelsey, but their manager still gave us a discount and free dessert. I would highly recommend this to everyone.“

“Always order from this Swiss Chalet and food and service is always consistent. I do have to say that the food tastes good in general, but the taste is 5x better when you dine-in, especially since you eat it right when it’s hot.

We got the chicken and third rack ribs, quarter chicken dinner with coleslaw, side of seasoned fries, 10 bbq wings, chicken broccoli & cheddar soup, and a shirley temple. Everything was cooked perfectly and super juicy and delicious!! We used to always get the chicken, but their other dishes are equally as good! Their chicken tenders and chicken pot pie are also amazing. Prices for drinks and desserts are super affordable as well. They have bottomless drinks which makes it even more worth getting!

Plenty of seating that’s perfect for families big and small. Service is always great at this location as well. Highly recommend!

“They have great food there but don’t go there hungry. You will be waiting forever for your food. We had many instances where we waited way too long for our food that we just decided not to go back. We stayed away for awhile and thought to give it another try tonight. Not only did we wait forever for our food, others got seated & served before us. I waived the manager down and she gives the excuse of the waffle maker being broken then the waitress says it was because they got our slips mixed up. They gave me antra salad to make up for it and my kid got sprinkles on his waffles. No discount on the bill. I loved going to this place but we will not be visiting Symposium again“

“I dropped by for my birthday on Sunday. I must say that I truly enjoyed my meal. The ribs were soft and full of flavor and the drinks were nice. “We truly enjoyed a leisurely lunch today at Kelsey's Richmond Hill. We need to give a lot of the credit and thanks to our server, Sarah, who was always there when we needed her. She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. “This place never disappoints. Roger has been the chef here for eons, even before he bought the place. This wonderful old diner has been around since the early 50's.

The fare is simple and honest. Don't expect haute cuisine. What you can expect is great service, good prices and honest working person's food.

I tried the grilled chicken club on rye and could not finish it. Very tasty. My partner had her usual Con Beef Hash with scrambled eggs and rye toast.

“It was a very nice visit that we had. The food was great. It was a bit hard to understand how the menu is set up. We mainly went in for the sushi burritos but I got confused trying to order because the menu only says the ingredients for the Poke bowls, and then mentions that sushi burritos were available. The staff was really hard to communicate with and hard to understand. Apparently the same ingredients that go in the poke bowl can go in the burritos but it took us like 10 minutes to understand that from them. They were very friendly but just hard to communicate with. The food was amazing, alot of options for the set menu plus you can make you poke bowl with so much options, they just need to work on the topings pricing because even though you get 2 toppings free for example, some of them are not free even if you picked only one, which didnt make sense to me.The ingredients were fresh and very tasty and is was so loaded neither me or my wife could finish our respective bowls. I think we had the medium bowl, so if you go there keep in mind that one medium bowl serve more than one person. Would go there again now that I have everything figured out 😊 The food was amazing.“

“Had to stop in Aurora and we had no idea where to go. Coop's was the second place we stopped at. Walked in and we were not expecting much. Presentation isn't the best but I will say being invited in and grab a seat was nice. The tables and chairs were very clean and well taken care of. The staff were incredible and very friendly. The food, I cant say enough about the food. I had a hamburger and it was probably the best burger that I have ever eaten, the juices were running out of a perfectly cooked burger. I had it with bacon and cheese which it didn't really need. My wife had the chicken strips that she couldn't finish, but I could. The chicken was really high quality and the breading was perfect. Please go to this little gem.“
