We recently had Pumpernickel cater two events for us with not much lead time. I was unsure of number of people (it was open invite no RSVP) but Mark was so incredibly helpful and seriously kind (how rare this is!), not only with menu selection but also quantities and best options for the type of guests we were receiving. Honestly, it was super easy - even online ordering is super easy if you know what you want. Everything was delivered on time, as ordered. Nicely plated too. Guests loved it. The potato was well cooked and was having the aroma within unlike some other Kolkata style we had. The mutton was very well cooked and amount was more than enough for a single person.
