I've invested countless hours in experimenting; tried different cooking implements and oils; kept a log of various cut sizes, parboiling times, frying methods and the resulting variations in exterior crunch and interior softness; adjusted the spices used and the proportions of each. I've sampled home fries from humble diners and upscale restaurants in 5 different provinces and 3 states searching for inspiration for my next fry up. My quest ended here, at the Only. Their home fries are tender but not mushy; the crunch is satisfying; the spice mix is truly exquisite and clearly thought through in order to maximize the interaction between potato and oil. The way that the rosemary clung to the potato and became crispy without burning is an indication that their cook is a true master at the skillet.

“Amazing bartenders, I have yet to be dissapointed. Even when their busy they are patient with you. Atmosphere is great, welcoming and the patio is awesome to cool down when you need a dance break. DJs never miss, the music is always great, and anytime there is an event its clear why its sold out. Bouncers are friendly and hostess are great, all around great training for the staff. Definitely suggest going when its a themed night!“
