“I enjoy Pizza Hut pizza; have for many years. I would say they have reduced the fat (grease) content a bit, but the flavor has also dropped off a bit. My pick-up order was prepared promptly and accurately. The Lakefield Pizza Hut does have tables if you care to eat your 'take-out' there, but is not really a restaurant with table service. So the rating of 'atmosphere' is really not applicable.“

“Best Mighty McMuffin I ever had. Well constructed, English muffin toasted to perfection. Ample bacon - great sandwich and fast service. When arrived drive through was out of service for a brief 15 minute maintenance. Staff inside were quick polite and efficient.“

“My friend was ordering their meal (The Works & Pepsi) and the woman (Alexis) behind the counter knew that I was having trouble deciding so she gave me some recommendations. I wasn't sure about the truffle dressing so she provided me a sample and I ordered it with a Pepsi. I appreciated that small gesture as I was so hungry that I could not make up my mind. “Hey your fridge is making a very hig pitched and loud noise all day long. It has been like this for over a month now. I am angry that you expect your workers to endure this. Please allow them to trun the fridge off until it can be repaired. Forcing you employees to listen to this all day long, every shift, just so you can move a bit more refrigerated product is incredibly disrespectful to their mental health and a perfect example of corporate negligence. You could at least pretend to care about the environment your employees have to work in not to mention that you expect your customers to 'enjoy this dining experience'. Whoever own this business, you suck.“

I like that they do points as I can gain and use points for rewards in the DQ app. The few times I’ve gone in the store I always had a good experience and was greeted and/or told to ask if I have any questions. “The lady working the drive through windows today was spectacular she deserves a raise. I asked if they did pup cups when ordering and they said no but when I got to the window the lady put frosty ice cream in a little cup for our puppy Gus and it was very sweet“
