“I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. My meal was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious — no complaints at all.

What really stood out to me was the professionalism of the staff. I noticed a few customers being quite rude on Thanksgiving (of all days), and I felt genuinely bad for the young team working so hard as it was so busy. Despite the situation, they remained calm, polite, and handled everything with great maturity.

The staff truly deserve recognition for their effort and excellent performance service. I hope future guests will treat them with the kindness and respect they earn every day.“

“My wife and I dropped in for lunch on a quiet afternoon to try the restaurant out; it had been quite a while since we had been here. My wife had a great fish sandwich. She reported that it was light, flaky, and crispy - and not at all greasy. I tried the Buffalo chicken burger. Excellent - it was tender and not overcooked, and with just the right amount of Buffalo sauce, not overwhelmingly spicy but flavorful. And our server was friendly and there when we needed her for service.“

The girl working found the cook (who also takes the orders) & just happened to be on lunch. I wouldn't have minded waiting if there would've been a little 30 min break sign up or something. Honestly it seemed like he either hated his job or he's definitely overworked & maybe the only employee besides the girl upstairs Even though customer service was not good, the food was amazing & I'll definitely eat there again next time I'm in town.“

“This was my first time at Zeffs.i was headed downtown to Jury duty and needed breakfast. It was 6:30 am. The employees were so pleasant early in the morning which was a plus. The other patrons were a morning delight. The food was delicious and tasty. The wait wasn't long at all 😁. The outside of the restaurant was clean. The inside was clean and inviting. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to eat... especially early in the morning.“

Stopped in before a game at Comerica, and it was a fantastic way to kick off the day. Though the place was short-staffed, the service didn’t miss a beat. Our waitress and the busser were both clearly busy, but they still delivered outstanding service. The coffee was hot with quick refills, and our food came out fast, fresh, and solid all around. Pricing was more than fair for the quality and portion sizes. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!“
