“Every time I come in the later part of the night this very lovely woman takes my order and she is by far the nicest person I have ever had take my order she always makes sure she has everything right 10/10 I hope she is recognized for her fantastic work and service“

“I always visit this location, generally good and I like this location. But one night they have done amazing so I would like give my appreciation here. One night I went there really late, but the girl with the green highlight was very professional and super helpful, I really appreciate her help at the counter, and she really did above and beyond!“

“They wouldn't serve me a large cup of water they only have small ones I guess even tho the large cup was already filled when the guy went to hand it to me he said actually we only serve small cups of water so I asked for 4 of the small ones and he said unfortunately we only serve one cup I told him it's hot outside and the jobsite I was working on has no water and it's not fair that because I don't drink pop I'm not aloud to have a large cup“

“I’ve never even thought to leave a review for a McDonald’s, but this location was wonderful! The staff brought us our meal and made sure we had all the condiments we needed. The staff were roaming the dining room regularly, making sure it was tidy, that guests had what they needed, even taking away trays for them.

My son was even invited to make his own ice cream cone!“

“The staff here are awesome! The manager is chill, but professional, and the rest of the crew is always upbeat and friendly. The only mistake is when you get a mistake in your meal and ask for 35 pepper packets as revenge (honestly less funny now; you guys have a pretty fast-paced job to do…) Besides that — everyone was always friendly; and I even had a laugh with two of the cleaners. Honestly a great place! Always loved the atmosphere and attitude here! 😊“

“I stopped in for a quick bite to eat after shopping at Walmart with my family. A woman was working the till. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but it was this evening at about 7:15-7:25 pm (sept 11). She was so incredibly lovely. She was so kind to my toddler, provided great service, dropped off our food to our table & even came back to ask how our food was and if she could get us ketchup or mayonnaise. I haven’t had service this great at any fast food restaurant (nor do I expect it either, as they don’t receive tips). She went above and beyond. I hope she’s recognized for all of her hard work and know she was appreciated.“

“This was the first McDonald’s location opened in Ontario (and the 2nd ever in Canada). Another fun fact about this location is that Chicken McNuggets were first introduced in Canada at this very McDonalds, before being rolled out nationwide! All these years later and they still consistently produce some of the best food of any McDonalds I’ve eaten at. The Junior Chickens are 9/10 times served very hot/fresh and always made how I order them (without lettuce). On the odd occasion I’ve been given the wrong item or something wasn’t included in the bag, the management team swiftly rectifies the issue and goes above and beyond (received a free sundae a few times for the mess ups). Awesome spot with a great history!“

“Had a nice adventure at McDonald’s, lots of laughs and the staff “Jakob” and “Cole” were very nice to me. One even smiled !!! Cole who was making my fries smiled and waved at me, filling me with a warm happiness I had not felt all day. Since the divorce I have not felt this much joy in a bit. I will be returning again, thanks to my McFriends and whole staff.?“

“Junior Chicken’s are consistently hot temp/freshly made at this location (more so than other McDonald’s in the city). I always order them without lettuce and never once received one that wasn’t prepared correctly. The odd time I’ve been given the wrong drink, or no extra mayo in the bag - the managers/staff have quickly resolved the issue.“

“The manager Michael who works in the FOH is very good at customer service. He has been seen assisting all customers, especially seniors and making sure the lobby is clean and tidy all the time :) He knows how to make good customer connections. He’s an asset to your firm!“

“I normally only review McDonald's when its very bad. I used to work for McDonalds so I know most times they are decent. This location was a very pleasant surprise today. I commented while there on just how clean it appeared. Especially standing waiting for our food. The counter area was tidy and so were the floors. This means a lot to a person like myself who judges a place by it cleanliness. The food was hot and well put together. Keep it up guys - great work!“

“I had the best experience. A few days ago at this Walmart McDonalds location, I watched a lady order a coffee and she was short some money. The worker asked if the customer had the extra money to pay and the customer got mad and started saying how she doesn't have more than $1 , getting mad at the employee and raising her voice. The worker, Jayme, said no problem and paid the extra cost out of her own pocket. Jayme had amazing customer service and stayed professional, even with the lady being rude. The food was very hot and quickly made although the lobby could have used some cleaning, there was a lot of garbage on the floor. Overall a good experience“

“I had a very positive experience at this location. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was particularly impressed by one lady who helped us clean the table. She was not only efficient but also very kind, making my visit all the more enjoyable.

“Usually go to this location for lunch while I’m working. Always had had good staff and good food.

Today, I ordered a Crispy Bacon McWrap, but was accidentally given a Sweet Chili Grilled McWrap. Brought back my receipt and the incorrect wrap for some proof (even though they didn’t ask for it), and was promptly given the correct McWrap with 0 issue.

Spoke to a young gentleman on the phone and the manager I dealt with was Rona. Excellent all around.“

“I had an amazing experience at McDonald’s today. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. His positive attitude, genuine smile, and friendly conversation truly brightened my day and made my visit memorable“
