“when I visit london, I always eat at this place with my kids, the staff is very friendly and service is quick, recently I usaully see this place very busy on the week ends, but in my recent visit it was not that busy, may be people stopped going to retuarants due to cost. the prices gone lot highter in recent months. the burgers cost compared to windys, burger king are most expensive but very tasty, my kids love mc donalds. I wish the pricess go down or they proide some good coupons for family to enjoy once a while.“
“Stopped by the drive thru today to grab some treats for my kids while we were out running errands. Son ordered a McFlurry with extra Smarties and my daughter ordered a Shamrock Shake. “I had the best experience. A few days ago at this Walmart McDonalds location, I watched a lady order a coffee and she was short some money. The worker asked if the customer had the extra money to pay and the customer got mad and started saying how she doesn't have more than $1 , getting mad at the employee and raising her voice. The worker, Jayme, said no problem and paid the extra cost out of her own pocket. Jayme had amazing customer service and stayed professional, even with the lady being rude. The food was very hot and quickly made although the lobby could have used some cleaning, there was a lot of garbage on the floor. Overall a good experience“
“Everything here is fine. The store is clean, looks to be relatively newly renovated or well maintained. The food is good and consistent. Added bonus is the children's play place!The only downside worth a mention, is that I find the service rather slow.“

“Every so often one needs a big mac. This location brings me back to when my sons were little. It used to be so busy that one parent would go order while the other sat and held a space with the kids. Diet might change in the world. But some things and spaces bring one comfort. I enjoyed my visit.“

“Came here at a nice 1:30AM. The food was impeccable. Almost guaranteed best McDonald’s experience ever had in London Ontario. The fries. Don’t get me started on the fried. Perfectly crispy, and I kid you not, all uniform long stringy ones. Is that even possible?? Absolutely golden beauties. Ordered a Big Mac with no sauce, perfectly executed. Amazing period. McDouble was insane. Cheese melted superbly. I must say the jr chicken was a bit under expectation after the others. But still good, and most likely got bad as it was so fresh and ended up steaming on the drive home. Overall great experience. Also, sofa machine calibrated great. They most definitely followed guidelines. Would come again. Also worker was nice and gave us mad ketchup packets. Didn’t catch the name though. But yeah, saw the 3.5 and knew right away to post a review. Maybe morning ain’t it, but late night, it’s culinary perfection. “I ordered the Sausage McMuffin with Egg. First, I swear they have shrunk the size of this item. I know the sausage is much thinner than it was a few years ago. The thicker sausage gave this sandwich the moisture it needed to give it the flavour that I remember and enjoyed so much. Now I think it's way too dry. Plus I think they have modified the formula to compensate and added too much 'hot' spice.McDonald's, I know everyone is looking to save costs, but on this one, it's a FAILURE!“

“I’ve had two bad experiences with a person that I believe is the manager… I usually just visit the store to order my chocolate Sunday ice cream since I work in the mall anyway , and for some reason this manager always puts the least amount of chocolate on my ice cream and when I asked for the regular amount of chocolate he gave me a look and told me that’s how the machine puts it.Today I met a new member there he was tall and blonde and I think his name starts with B or sounds like Brayan or something like that I apologize for mistaking . However, he filled my ice cream and was really generous and had really good service. He just made it up for me instead of that aggressive manager and made my visit. Thanks“
“The night staff was well mannered and one Gujarati guy while taking the order he specified my food item from the vegetarian section. They are well mannered and fast phased workers. “Went through the drive tonight and made a relatively large order (it was pretty busy) and I had noticed when I got home that my mcnuggets weren't in the bag so I called in about it and the manager Amanda told me to come back so I did she was super nice and super helpful about the situation (I ordered a 10 piece she replaced it with a 20 piece) and was wicked nice about the entire ordeal I will be back to this location in the future as she didn't make me feel like I was a burden when I came back due to a mishap. “McDonalds fries shine like a peɓble among diamonds,they are only good while they are served you fresh otherwise after 30 minutesthey are ready to put into the garbage. Sometimes, Ithey put the salt in my fries, and always I found my fries cold .After continuously asking them not to put the salt, they are listening to me.I always took the food from the drive-through .Sometimes, they charged me wrong for the other person order so kindly be careful at the payment counter.The staff never wished you,it showed their worst customer service.Worst condition of the drive-through as well during this season .So please be careful while driving in a drive-through.Vegetarian options: FriesKid-friendliness: Yes,they have play stations, but not sure how hygienic it is.Wheelchair accessibility: YesDietary restrictions: The staff don't care about this .if you are a high blood pressure patient, they put the salt in your food, but it doesn't matter for them how many times you asked, so be careful“
“Who's got two thumbs up and likes this specific location of McDonald's? Not me, because technically I only have one thumb after a whittling incident. However this McDonald's location is 5 stars. Not the atmosphere, that's a 1 star, because it is still a McDonalds, and the atmosphere is the exact same as it is in every single one you've ever been to. Beeping, greasy smells, a table of 8 highschool kids splitting a small fry and talking loudly for 4 hours. So ya, overall, I give it five stars.“
