“Ilda looked after us as if we were visiting family. We had a great Swiss Chalet lunch. Portions were generous, lunch arrived quickly, hot and fresh. “We recently ordered food from Diner King for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Above and beyond service. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered bbq chicken, potatoes steamed vegs, penne pasta in a rose sauce, spring rolls, tossed salad and bread. Highly recommend this gem of a place“

“Had an incredible experience at the Humber Room inside Humber Polytechnic. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was on par with what you’d expect from a Michelin-rated restaurant, beautifully plated and thoughtfully executed.

What made it even more impressive is that the restaurant is run by culinary students. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and overall dining experience was honestly unbelievable. It speaks volumes about the training and standards being upheld.

A special mention to Chef Francisco Rivera, the faculty and chef in charge, whose high standards clearly shine through in every aspect of the operation. He even took the time to give us a tour of the kitchen and explained how everything runs behind the scenes, which made the experience even more memorable.

It’s unfortunate to hear that he is retiring, but he’s leaving behind something truly special. His impact on the program and the students won’t be forgotten. Highly recommend this place an absolute hidden gem.“

We had actually stopped coming to this location for a while because the food quality had become inconsistent. However, this visit was a pleasant surprise. There has been a noticeable improvement, and it seems that under the leadership of the new manager, Jasmeet, things are moving in a very positive direction. The restaurant feels well-managed, and the future of this location looks bright.
