“Our experience at Farro Ristorante is exceptional every single time. It always begins with the warm, kind, and sincere greeting from Carmine, Chef Roberto, and the pizza chef, who always has such a welcoming smile. As we’re escorted to our table, the rest of the staff greets us as though we’re being welcomed into their home.
We’ve hosted several family events at Farro Ristorante over the years and have consistently received outstanding service from start to finish.
It truly never matters who our server is — we always receive the same wonderful experience from every member of the team. A special thank you to Jerry, Danny, Raymond, and Samuele for always treating us with such kindness.
You are all exceptional at what you do, and you make us want to return again and again — sometimes weekly! 😊
Carmine, you always go above and beyond, making us feel welcome and like family.
Chef Roberto, thank you for your consistently delicious food — we’re already looking forward to using your perfect pizza dough again next summer in our pizza oven.

“Came after a while, Seems as there is a new guy at the front, Harmon. I have to say some of the best customer service i have seen in a while and not to mention the pizza he made.. “I came in today with my daughter, and we both ordered meals at Hero Burger. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service we received from Bilar was amazing — he was literally a one-man show, handling everything as the cook, the order-taker, and even the server.
One thing that really stood out was how he brought our food out to our table while we were waiting. That extra touch of kindness made the visit feel even more welcoming and personal.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Blue Moon Burger, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. My daughter built her own burger, and she loved it as well. Both meals were fresh, tasty, and perfectly made.
Overall, we had an amazing experience thanks to Bilar’s effort and dedication. Great food, great service, and incredible customer care — all from one person running the whole place. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I got a pepperoni slice for my daughter, and the staff were so kind that she asked me to leave them a good review! The pizza was delicious, and according to my daughter, it was juicy, and cheese was soooo good.' We'll definitely be back!“

“I don’t understand how people rated this place with such low ratings…. If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to them! Hubby and I picked up a pizza today evening and I can’t tell you how yummy it was! It was the most delicious, sizzling pizza that we have had in years ! I am so impressed! I’ll definitely be going back and if you guys have not tried this place then you should give it a try !“
