“Stopped in with my daughter for a tea while we were between appointments last week. She decided on a sweet treat while we were there. I can't remember what the amazing gentlemen behind the counter called it but it was a huge hit. Its was like a churro in a muffin shape. Will definitely be back.“

The actual coffee was nothing special, which was disappointing, but we loved the matcha and looking around at the decorations and books in the shop.

“At the st. Catharine’s location at the Pen Center. I’m here with my daughter. Had the wings and fries and the dessert Divide and conquer Belgian Waffle! The service is amazing but it’s a large place so we did approach the counter right away. It’s beautiful and clean. So many delicious things on the menu to choose! I highly recommend it!“

She was extremely helpful and friendly, turning what could have been an unpleasant experience due to an expired credit into a positive outcome—and even an unexpected purchase of another Nespresso machine for my daughter. She clearly explained the options between sale pricing and the referral program, which is an amazing incentive for both the new purchaser and the referrer.

Theo, the manager, was also instrumental in making this such a great overall experience. This location is now my favourite and a must-go for anyone considering a Nespresso purchase.“

“Very normal chain coffee shop. Same like McDonald's - no hope mean no broken heart. Safe choice coffee place.

If you don't know this area and have no special idea where to go, come here will not make mistake. They very good at being... exactly what you expect.

Staff work hard to make everything taste same every time. Very impressive skill.

“This is the top location on Markham Road and I have been ordering from here for almost 10 years. There have been past issues (3-4 times) but upon making contact, they have been accommodating with a solution. Today my Latte was made perfectly and given to me at the drive-thru by an Asian lady with tattoo(s) on her arms. Thank you for making my Latte well, it is so important to those of us who really value our drinks, especially when they are well made!“

“Taste and appearance is good. It’s a little chintzy on toppings. Seriously how much more does it cost to level up the bowl with more rice? Also add in let’s say 3 or 4 more cucumbers. It’s not a cheap bowl. I wouldn’t return because of this.“

“Got the ice cap and it was the best one my team has ever had, their regular drip coffee was delicious as well. The veggie sandwich was also great, bread was nice and chewy with a nice crunch. Also got the poppy seed lemon bread which had a great tang to it as well. I’d recommend this place for anyone in need of a snack or coffee break.“
