“This was my first visit and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this spot if you’re a Halal food lover, the quality and flavors were on point.

Our top favourite was the Xinjiang Red Willow Roast Lamb and the 4 small dishes with 8 lotus buns, everything paired perfectly and was full of authentic taste. Definitely coming back again soon!“

“Their hot pot is amazing and portions are huge. Entire staff was very helpful, since we had trouble reading the menu and selecting what to order, they suggested some really good options, we loved everything especially the steamed wonton/suimei. Hot pot was definitely waaaaay huge for 4 people. We loved everything. We were the only non chinese family there and entire staff helped us and guided us through everything, they gave us option to replace sea food in hotpot, replace the cuts of meat with different ones….over all great place, great peple!“

“I had an amazing experience at Wariach Meats! I tried their biryani special, and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, great portion size, and such a fantastic deal. The restaurant was spotless and very well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their food.

This place has easily become one of my favorite spots in Markham. I’ll definitely be coming back every week! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, great service, and great value.“

“This place, man oh man, hit all the right notes for a foodie adventure. The Spicy Fried Calamari arrived like a rockstar, crispy, spicy, and impossible to put down (yes, I tried). Then came the Chicken Fried Rice and Cantonese Vegetable Chow Mein, which felt like warm hugs in food form. The Orange Chicken brought the zesty party vibes, while the Sweet and Sour Manchurian Beef, Oh, that was love at first bite, if flavor could flirt, this would be it.

Dessert was the mic-drop moment: Mango and Rabri Pot Ice Cream. Creamy, fruity, rich, basically a sweet masterpiece in a pot. I may or may not have scraped it clean. No regrets.

Fast service, friendly staff, and a cozy vibe sealed the deal. If you haven’t been here yet, what are you waiting for. Stretchy pants are a must because this is not the time to count calories, its time to enjoy every bite!“

“This place has excellent quality food and friendly service. I ordered the chicken breast kebab dinner. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, juicy and tasty! The naan bread is soft and fluffy. In fact, I can eat it by itself. The Greek salad is so fresh and I love the dressing. I like their Greek salad better than those at Greek restaurants. Overall, I am just happy to have a quality restaurant near my home where I can go to get quality food anytime.“

“Am coming here from last 2 years just for the spicy fried uygar noodles and chicken kebab skewers. Always getting great service from Khush. She never disappoints us. Everytime chicken taste delicious but this time chicken taste was not upto the mark. I guess they changed the meat or chef or may be the recipe. Kebab peices were very big. Not cooked inside, no taste inside, no flavour, no juicy. It never happened before. Noodles were good as usual. Will come again once the resolves this kebab issue.“

“I heard about this restaurant from reviews. I wanted to try their food. Unfortunately, their customer service is very slow. Ordering ahead of time stil not helpful for speedy pickup. Another customer told me ordered 35 minutes ago and still he was waiting.
Restaurant is clean, washroom was good too. The person taking orders at cash and waitress the same person and she was running around and made her to forget as well (she was nice and pleasant).“

“Me and my family went here a couple days ago. We ordered 2 chicken breast burger combos, half chicken grilled meal with rice and their chicken broast. Portions were pretty good. Burgers were good. Their half grilled chicken was slightly over cooked and dry. But their broast was delicious and different from regular fried chicken and wasn’t filled with oil. Would go back for their broast :)“

“I stopped here for a quick meal and my wrap was ready in less than 5 mins and guess what, hot and rich with flavor. The guys were quiet and efficient but they also offered me desserts to try which is super original middle eastern generosity.
Stop here if you need a high protein wrap that u can have real quick without wasting time and for a great price as well!“

“Tried Simbas and overall had a good experience. For $21, I got two sandwiches (one Nashville hot chicken, one beef patty with jalapeño pickle), fries, their signature sauce, and a drink, which is a solid combo.

The fries were perfect—very similar to Costco-style fries, which is what you’d expect from a shawarma-style spot, and they didn’t disappoint. The Nashville chicken tender was juicy, well-seasoned, and paired really nicely with the coleslaw. The beef patty sandwich was also satisfying.

The place is located in a food court–style plaza, so seating feels more like a canteen. There’s plenty of free parking, which is a big plus. However, the washroom could use improvement—only one sink was working during my visit. We waited 15 minutes for the food which is pretty good pace.

Food-wise, I really enjoyed it, but pricing feels a bit high. Personally, this meal would make more sense around $15 rather than $21.

“Visited this restaurant for the first time for breakfast with friends, and Masha Allah, it was quite busy, we had to wait around 10 minutes for a table for five. The service was excellent and quick, contrary to some reviews that mentioned uncooperative staff; I didn’t experience any issues. We ordered 2 sets of Halwa Puri, 2 Lamb Paaya with Sesame & Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassi, all of which had a great taste with an authentic touch of Lahore. However, in my opinion, they need to improve their lighting and the tea, which wasn’t up to par. I also met the owner at the counter, who was a friendly and jolly person.“

“Bought pizza on the go to Scarborough Bluffs last Friday. My original pizza shop switched over to a Kabab House. Found Pizzally on Google. Reviews seemed decent. Bought two large pizzas. The meat lover was amazing. Sorry no pics as it got eaten pretty fast. Overall the quality was very impressive. Their meat is hand slaughtered for anyone who is particular about how their meat is source. Really good. Will go back.“

“Teenagers are extremely picky and the fact that my students really liked the pizza and wings from this place, is very telling of how good it is. For my part, I appreciated the fact that they were patient and serviceable. It is difficult to please 30 students, but they offered suggestions of toppings and worked with my budget to make our Holiday class party a success.“

“I’m up visiting my parents from the USA and I decided to try the Chinese Halal restaurant today for lunch. The servers are very nice and cordial. Very attentive. They immediately put a nice cold pitcher of water on my table. I ordered and my food was brought out hot and fresh. The beef fried rice was flavorful and delicious. So is the sweet-and-sour chicken with pineapple. Absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside tender on the inside. Just what I was looking for. I decided to try the tiramisu for dessert and it was very tasty. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in Canada.“
