“Here’s something you all need to know about Pizza Hut on hwy7 Markham . We ordered pizza delivery my card refused to work.After couple of attempts . The delivery man said it was okay we can pay the next day.I mean who does that at this time of age.Here I thought that people are all to themselves. The next day I went to pay. This nice young lady by the name SIMRAN already paid for my pizza out of pocket. The atmosphere is very accommodating I will not hesitate to send any one there because the service is excellent and so are the people.“

“I had a call in delivery order. The gentleman on the phone helped me with my final order. I asked for plan wings with honey on the side. When I got my wings they were tossed in honey garlic. When I called to tell to say I asked for the sauce on the side. All he cared about was my pizza was good? He didn't care that they made a mistake with my wings. That is disappointing“

“These guys go above and beyond their call of duty to deliver EXCELLENT service to their customers!!! I made an online order at approximately 4 PM with an ASAP pick up time. I work in a hospital, and got called away for an unexpected urgent matter before I was able to leave work. I was an hour later leaving than I expected. On my way home, I received a phone call from Regino’s asking if I was on my way to pick up my food. I explained my situation and apologized, but having paid for my order online already, I didn’t feel too badly about being late. When I arrived, the staff showed empathy for my situation, and insisted on preparing fresh food for my order and asked me if I was ok with coming back to pick up the food in approximately 6 to 10 minutes. I thanked them and went to my car to wait, and the next thing I know a staff member was walking out of the plaza towards my car, delivering the freshly made food to my window in person. The pizza was AMAZING (as always, I have been a long time customer of theirs)…..I also ordered wings tonight which were also extremely good: crispy, delicious and cooked to perfection. They clearly take pride in their product, and genuinely care about their customers. I will continue to enjoy our friendly and outstanding neighborhood pizza and wing source!!!!! “At the st. Catharine’s location at the Pen Center. I’m here with my daughter. Had the wings and fries and the dessert Divide and conquer Belgian Waffle! The service is amazing but it’s a large place so we did approach the counter right away. It’s beautiful and clean. So many delicious things on the menu to choose! I highly recommend it!“

The beef is available for every item.
I took the Meat Lovers pizza. It was fresh. But the amount of meat was comparatively less. The smell was good.
There was no oregano on top of it. So it was a downer. Only catchup was served no spices.
The ambience was quite. Mostly take aways were happening.
The restaurant was a little bit smelly. The washroom could be much more cleaner. The ambience was a downer.

“Omg — after 20 years, finally a Pizza Pizza that’s actually different and run by non indian. (Im not a racist but this is the truth most chains are run by indian, and quality has been declining). Finally a spot thats different. This location is really clean, spotless. The tables are so clean it has reflections on them, this is one of the few pizza stores that im willing to sit down and eat. The service is great, and the pizza itself is really good. The dough is super crunchy, and the ingredients taste really fresh. Honestly, the cleanliness alone makes this place stand out. Highly recommend! I can finally enjoy pizza pizza with a peace of mind without worrying.

“Order pizza here 3rd time already. Pizza was made fresh and yummy. I ordered half pepperoni and half with ham only.

I was trying to login to the app and earn points. But was not successful until after I paid. Staff said they cannot load back my points to the app after I already paid. Because there are other customer waiting while I was ordering. I made a typo on my password so I was not successfully login before I paid. I was in a good gesture so the other customer behind me can order too.

That’s why I only gave 4 stars in service.“
