“The most delicious rice balls, I have ever eaten and I am a foodie and Japanese Canadian. The rice was cooked perfectly and the filling was delicious and plentiful. A delicious lunch. I think I will pick up a few more for my trip today. The owner was super nice and encouraged me to stay and work on my laptop for a few hours.“

“It's a little hard to locate in the plaza, but it is a FIND. The baby shower cupcakes looked exactly like the photograph and they were in clever boxes so that nothing was damaged. Frosting tastes great. And the lovely manager packed a single cupcake for me!“

I've never actually sat down for a meal here, but I've stopped by many many times to grab a fresh Colombian coffee, some baked goods or some arepas and empanadas (or all of the above!). She was incredibly professional and kind during a hectic Friday morning. Somehow, my coffee order got mixed up and was replaced with a chai latte. I didn’t notice until I had already driven all the way back to work. Frustrated, I turned around and headed back to get the correct drink.

As soon as I arrived, Hannah greeted me with a warm smile and immediately apologized for the mix-up. She quickly remade my drink and even offered me a free cake pop as a kind gesture.

This is exactly how customer service should be; empathetic, efficient, and thoughtful. Mistakes happen, but Hannah turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely pleasant experience. I’m very impressed and grateful!“

“A lot of people complain about their no-laptop policy, but honestly, I’m grateful for it. The place is always busy, and without that rule, I doubt we’d ever get a table! Their lattes are some of the best I’ve had in Toronto — perfectly balanced, just the right temperature, and consistently delicious. “I visited Tim Hortons while I was in the hospital and the service was amazing, staff was very kind easy to talk to and fast at taking and putting out orders that kept the line moving which made for a lesser wait time also noticed how clean and organized it was as it should be for being in a hospital.

“This was the BEST bubble tea I've ever had! I had the fruit fusion tea with tapioca and it was delish! It had tiny pieces of FRESH apples and oranges in it. I would definitely recommend this drink and can't wait to try more! Great customer service at the American Dream location in NJ! Definitely 5 stars!“

“I have to say, this was the cleanest Tim Hortons I EVER went to hands down. Tables were always cleaned as soon as someone left. Hardly see that at a Tim's. Floors were clean. Staff was tidying up all the time. Washrooms were prestine! Weird purple blue lights in the bathroom was different, but cool. Made me laugh. Not sure what that is about? Blue light bathroom 😂. The staff were all friendly and accurate and fast. The places is all updated. Nicest Tim Hortons in all the many I've travelled to, North, south, east and west! Even nicer than the one across the border in the US at the Sarnia crossing and nicer than the on in Scotland. Kudos to this place!“

“THIS IS IT! This tea shop is what I've been looking for for years! Their ice tea is so fruity and fresh; The Macha is the best I've tasted. Moreover, I have to mention their tapioca. I'm a big fan of tapioca. Their tapioca is so smooth, soft and chewy, like dancing in my mouth, absolutely the best quality in town. This is the place I'll come again and again, with friends or alone. 🤘“

“Great Starbucks. Right on the way if you are coming back from cottage country. The baristas are sweet and polite, they even gave us a free iced tea latte with a shot of espresso!

Washrooms are clean and there are a couple of tables/ chairs to sit.

Today, I bought 2 mini almond orange cakes at BB -- gluten- and dairy-free -- the only regularly available gluten-free pastries/cakes they sell. They were absolutely delicious.
