“Parking: There is an ample lot which extends to a grocer so there is lots of space.
Kid-friendliness: Open space, not crowded. Clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: I personally do not use a wheelchair but there is a lot of parking and everything is flat.“
“Shout out to this Starbucks for selling their merchandise AT the retail price and not taking off the original stickers and ringing them up for whatever they want knowing they’ll sell.
This store is located on the second floor of the Wyndham hotel, by the bridge connecting it to the Hilton.“
“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Chelsea for providing exceptional customer service. The cleanliness of the tables and the pleasant atmosphere contributed to a positive Cafe experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: The accessible button works“
“It’s a tiny takeaway corner.Situated in the embassy suites building. Quite accessible. We had two of the sweetest asian baristas.Good conversation and the coffee was nice.I wish they had sitting too but if you are planning to walk out with your coffee, it’s just 50 steps from a great view of the horseshoe falls from the top (see the pic)“
“Seeing so many negative reviews about this Starbucks when it doesn't really deserve it. Prices ARE about double what you'd expect to pay but, in my 4 day experience at Niagara, that's literally everything in this town and far from unique to this Starbucks. Staff are all professional and keep the line moving well. Fairly gracious under pressure, there's never more than a 10 minute wait even during the busiest of rushes. We had coffee every morning we were at the Hilton and never had a negative experience.“
“Was so yummy and I could taste the love that the young gentleman put into my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. HOWEVER!!! I wanted to get a cake pop but there was a fat fly the size of the cake popAlready eating it in the case!!! It was half gone!! I lost my appetite just watching this fly cut me in line and enjoy the last cake pop right in front of my face!!!!!! I cried a little but felt better after tasting the love in my hand crafted espresso drink. Thought it was overpriced but Canada money is different. Was ok, can’t force customers to shower I guess.“
“A little pricy and it’s not a corporate store. Cannot redeem stars or Starbucks rewards here, just be aware. Baristas are super nice and have gotten our order right many times! Definitely coming here every morning for coffee and breakfast items. Pleasant interactions every time.“
““Normal” Starbucks vibe. Small sitting area. Thankfully not a long wait to order or get items. Had a little hiccup with my order. But, other than that if you “need” Starbucks this is a spot for you to grab it.
Parking: You will have to park a ways away and walk over. We walked over from USA and walked right into this Starbucks. But we did not see any easy parking options for this location.
Kid-friendliness: We saw several children in the establishment with their families.
Wheelchair accessibility: We saw families with family members in wheelchairs at this establishment.“
“NOTE: The prices here have been doubled or higher. I am sorry but it is a blemish to rip off your clients who trust you with this price. Franchise stores regardless of where they are should maintain their consistency. I give 5 stars because the staff there are beautiful people.“
“Nora was amazing. Nora is a benchmark of customer service. Nora provided the greatest customer experience by any Starbucks. Thanks Nora. After the week my wife and I had, you have no idea what your kindness ment to us. Thanks ❤️ ?“
