Starbucks in Niagara Falls

“Located in a large plaza with grocer and Rona hardware, so there's plenty of parking and room to move for my straight truck. I've always been able to just walk in order my black Pike and be out with an a minute or 2. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I'm not experiencing what I'm reading.“

“Was here on a snow day!!! Everything was closed but Amelia knocked it out of the park!!! Food delivered to table!! Over the top kindness and discussion. Recommended the sriracha sauce on my everything croissant ham sandwich. Who the hell knew they had packs of sriracha sauce at Starbucks!!!! Well done my friends!!!!“

“This was the best in niagara falls. As soon as I walked in Chelsea greeted me with a super smile. Jade and Chelsea were full of energy and I had my 3 venti lattes in 4 minutes flat. Keep these women as they are the front line to your business. No matter how good your coffee is, if you do not have a good front line, people wont come! 😀“

“Don't usually eat hence the 4 star rating based on choice and looks.
But the service was great, very quick, a lovely smile and the best Match Latte I've had in a long time! And here's the best bit, they played decent, good music! I stayed longer than usual just to enjoy the atmosphere. Thank you.“

“The ladies working today were lovely. Super friendly and quick to help. She even checked on me to make sure something I put on my order was correct.
The only downside is the tourist inflation on the prices at this location. For some reason it was a ay pricier than another Starbucks near by. Starbucks should correct that.“

“It’s a tiny takeaway corner.Situated in the embassy suites building. Quite accessible.We had two of the sweetest asian baristas.Good conversation and the coffee was nice.I wish they had sitting too but if you are planning to walk out with your coffee, it’s just 50 steps from a great view of the horseshoe falls from the top (see the pic)“

“It is so nice to have a Starbucks in the hotel. Coffee was delicious and the staff was very friendly and quick with the orders. Plenty of seating by the Starbucks. Pastries were good too- will definitely be visiting this hotel Starbucks again before we leave!“

They've known that I've been in London Starbucks but I've also had an employee work there that knew me from Tillsonburg Starbucks. “Seeing so many negative reviews about this Starbucks when it doesn't really deserve it. Prices ARE about double what you'd expect to pay but, in my 4 day experience at Niagara, that's literally everything in this town and far from unique to this Starbucks. Staff are all professional and keep the line moving well. Fairly gracious under pressure, there's never more than a 10 minute wait even during the busiest of rushes. We had coffee every morning we were at the Hilton and never had a negative experience.“

““Normal” Starbucks vibe. Small sitting area. Thankfully not a long wait to order or get items. Had a little hiccup with my order. But, other than that if you “need” Starbucks this is a spot for you to grab it.

Parking: You will have to park a ways away and walk over. We walked over from USA and walked right into this Starbucks. But we did not see any easy parking options for this location.

Kid-friendliness: We saw several children in the establishment with their families.

Wheelchair accessibility: We saw families with family members in wheelchairs at this establishment.“

“Not bad, the staff were busy talking and kind of fooling around. My drink was made fast and well by the staff, cant really complain overall service was okay nothing special or out of this world. The drink was a typical pink drink, tastes just fine :)“
