“We stopped in for breakfast today on our way home from an overnight stay in Niagara on the lake. The older gentleman working the register was great. We watched how kind and patient he was with a family in front of us who seemed like tourists from out of country and whose first language was not English. It took a while for them to place their order yet he was polite and helpful. When it was our turn, he was friendly and social, and we even had a laugh about my drink order, which was an iced latte with no ice!! I appreciate his service as it’s Thanksgiving today and he’s working and he did it with a smile on his face. If only there were more people like him, working in customer service.“
“It was very tasty and had a calm environment. We had lunch there and it was really sufficient and delicious, and the price was acceptable, and the attitude of the staff was excellent and they answered all our questions sympathetically and finally helped us to choose.“
“Great staff, but last few times my order had been messed up, they need to make sure they give you what you ordered, nothing more frustrating than paying then driving away, tasting the coffee o sandwich and finding out it’s not what you ordered, really disappointed with the Tim Hortons drive thru“
“I had a very disappointing experience with Simoon. From the moment I walked in, she was unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude. She made no effort to assist or communicate in a respectful manner. Her attitude was condescending, and it was clear that customer service was not a priority for her.
I would not recommend dealing with Simoon if you're looking for a positive experience. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes note.“
