“The cured pork stew fried was amazing, mixed with chili, green pepper & green onion. Similar to the chicken kidney with noodles. However the beef with pickled raddist was under expectation. Compared to the other two dishes, the beef was plain and overcooked.
Service was good and attentive. The restaurant got busy really quick after 6pm. I recommend to make a reservation before coming in.“

“We were craving hot pot and decided to try Liuyishou Hotpot Scarborough, and it turned out to be a great decision.

We booked a table two days in advance for a Sunday evening and were seated immediately. This time we ordered smart and didn’t overdo it. We chose the Liu’s House Special and Sukiyaki soup bases—both were well balanced, flavorful, and not overwhelming.

Our order included marbled beef, New Zealand lamb, flat iron beef, beef balls, udon noodles, plus watermelon and aloe juices. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. A standout item was the beef brisket slices served as a side dish—rich, tender, and packed with flavor. Easily my favorite dish of the night.

Overall, this was one of the best hot pot experiences we’ve had. Even the self-serve starter section was well stocked, clean, and thoughtfully maintained.

Special thanks to Rita and Minnie for their friendly service and patience in explaining everything clearly. The restaurant does get busy, so reservations are strongly recommended.

“This is my 3rd time dining in this beef hotpot restaurant. I also take my friends and colleagues here, and they all like the food. The beef is extremely fresh and the price is quite reasonable. “We always have an amazing time at any Haidilao’s restaurant. The staff are very warm and well trained. The ambience and the food is always fresh. The hand stretch noodles, the beef tallow with Sichuan peppercorns hot pot, mushroom based hot pot all were amazing. They top it up periodically. The meat was fresh and delicious so were there drinks. They also take care of any allergies that you may have. Definitely recommended.“

“Came here for dumplings and malatang soup, and they did not disappoint. They've changed the name and the sign, so it was a bit confusing heading in. The dumplings were decent, and I had a large selection of veggies to choose from for the soup. There is of course every other item you'd want to put into a hotspot, but I was happy with my vegetarian selection. I would definitely come back.

“A hot pot restaurant opened for decades already and I love their cooked food more than their hot pot fresh ingredients. The deep fried milk, pig intestine and stuffed pepper are my favourite. Their desserts are nice that you don't want to be missed. There is no straight limitation for dining time so that is a good place for friends gathering and it closes at late midnight at 1am so we can have plenty of time here. The price is reasonable, too.“

“The taste is pretty good, the portions are huge, and the prices are very reasonable.
It's a pity that I didn't get the roast chicken, but I got the pepper and sesame chicken, which has a very special taste.
I highly recommend the sauerkraut pot. The more you cook it, the better it tastes. The meatballs inside are super fragrant.

“I had a great experience at this Hunan restaurant! The interior decor is full of Chinese charm, with warm-toned lanterns paired with brick walls that create an amazing atmosphere. “I will be very fair about my experience. We went there at 8:30pm. There were only 3 table of customers which included us. We ate til 10:30pm. Here is why.

The first order came fairly quick, but the 2nd order took a lot longer. We learnt our lesson so we immediately made 3rd order but still took a long time. That’s why we ate for 2 hours. I actually got hungrier waiting for the 2nd.

I would recommend you make large order on your first, but then again you are running the risk of your food getting cold but trust me, your 2nd order will come a lot later. You will have to push the waitress for it or your 2nd order will take forever to come.
3 table 1 waitress and the kitchen is having a hard time to keep up. If you decided to go and see 3+ table of customers, then you better make large order on your first.

Now serving speed aside, their food is great. But some food item on the menu is out of stock which is a bit disappointing.

I wanted to give 3 star but all you can eat skewer is pretty rare and besides I did ate over 60 skewers myself and wasn’t kicked out.

Here are some of the things, expect certain orders end up not coming.

They have a rule, they’d start charging over 100g worth of food not eaten. So before you make your order, ask the waitress if all orders came. That way you can keep track of your orders. (Some order end up not coming then you can reorder it or skip it)

It’s been 2 hours since I left and no stomach ache so the foods are fine.

It is $29.99 all you can eat starting 8:30pm which is reasonable. I would rate it 3.7 which is fairly close to the average rating.

I would definitely revisit the place some time in the future, since the serving speed, lost order and lack of supply can all be fixed by making huge order on the first one.

But remember don’t waste food even though it is all you can eat, that’s just courtesy and respect for foods.“
