I am taking away a star because of possible consistency issues, as on my last visit, the yuzu cheesecake flavored gelato which is normally great, was incredibly overpowered by the yuzu to the point where it tasted soapy in a sense. Given the premium price tag, I'd hope for a perfect product every time.“

“I had lunch at Mado and everything was excellent. The service was amazing—Zeynep was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. There was also another male server who was very polite and helpful. The owner was caring and welcoming as well, which made the experience even better. The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back. The staff (Mehul) at BR avenue road location rendered us an excellent customer service to address the issue regarding the cake that we ordered. I really want to commend his professionalism.“

“I come here a few times a week , always in the evenings. All the ladies are super polite and go above and beyond making my Mocha blast perfect. There has been times we come with our large family and they kindly entertain all the kids with joy. This location is very busy in the evenings as it’s one of the only ones that is open till 11pm in the summer. The ladies work hard to take peoples orders. The store is always clean and always being cleaned when I am there. Keep up the the good work Nicole , Jolie and all the evening staff :)“

“We had the cocoa milk tea and mango pomelo coconut slush tonight - both tasted great with lots of fresh ingredients and not overly sweet. The girl on cash was super friendly and explained lots of options to ensure we pick the right ones and she was really eager to find out if we enjoyed our drinks after she made them. Great customer service as well! Will definitely come back.“

“I was craving a red velvet cookie and luckily Insomnia had some. The reviews here are very mixed but I would say the service was quick and friendly when we came. The cookies are actually delicious, I was even saying they were better than another cookie shop we usually go to. The red velvet was exactly how I expected it to taste and would come back to get some more. The “premium” cookies like skor and smores are a bit more in price but it makes sense when you see the size you get. Overall, I would order here again for cookies and next time I’ll give the ice cream sandwich a try.“

“what a scam. came in with my toddler for free cone day and they said unless you already had the app a day ago there would be no free cone, and management denied making it right. so many people in the line were told the same thing just while I was there... so you had an entire day that you lured people in with their kids for free cones and then were forced to pay..? seems like a cash grab, wonder how much Dairy Queen made on that one. terrible customer service.“
