“Tried this place on a whim after we had a craving for Italian food and were not disappointed!
The standouts are the sake rose (creamy, umami) and the bo kho bolognese (great pairing of Vietnamese beef with the tomato sauce). The duck breast green curry’s flavours worked well together, but I think it should have double the amount of meat for the dish.
The orders didn’t take long to make, about 10-15 minutes from time of ordering from the touch display.
Will likely be back when another craving hits!“

“I had ordered a white heart shaped cake for my daughter's birthday. They had made it exactly what I was looking for. I was able to pick the flavor and went with white chocolate. It was a hit at the party. Everyone loved it. I would rate 100 stars if I could. Thanks for making my daughter's birthday a blast.“

“Small take out location. I have gotten some ice cream a few times. Flavours are good but the texture is so strange. Kind of gooey. My husband likes it but I'm undecided. I just like the salted egg yolk ice cream. I saw many people buying a lot of flan but I tried one and it was just okay. Small for price. Tried the milk cheese lychee drink which was okay. Will come back to check out other desserts.

“Having breakfast with my beloved family ( 9 Person ) in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at the Mado chain restaurant.
One star deducted cause the Traditional Turkish breakfast is served with bread which was not enough for our order. ordering extra bread comes with an extra charge which i think is unfair.“

“This is a great place for after dinner desserts or midday coffee. Their gelato is very good, smooth throughout, not super sweet. They don't have a ton of flavours, but the ones that are there are very nice. You can ask to taste before you decide which flavour you want.
I would like to request that they make Amarena flavour gelato. Please try!
They serve illy coffee, and its always great.
The cake/pastry selection is small but sufficient.
This is a repeat spot for us for years.

Parking: There is parking around the shops, it usually fills up. Large parking complex behind the shops, no charge.

Kid-friendliness: They have gelato and some fun, kiddy flavours. It's also very bright and colourful inside, kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible. Not sure about washrooms“

“Baskin-Robbins at Victoria Terrace is a delightful spot for ice cream lovers. My family and I visited recently and were thoroughly impressed. The variety of flavors was fantastic, with each one tasting fresh and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, even as my kids took their time deciding on their choices. The store was clean and inviting, making our visit even more enjoyable. From classic flavors to creative new options, Baskin-Robbins exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be returning for more sweet treats!“

“This where I got my ice cream cake a few years ago. I still remember the day I got the ice cream cake on my birthday. Extremely excited and out of the ordinary..? I'd munch that cake up. Honestly, the staff did an amazing job preparing that cake for me :“

“My favorite place in Toronto for ice cream! The flavors are rich and creamy. The store on Avenue doesn't have parking but it's a nice little walk from home or we park up the street and walk to it. My son loves their ice creams too! Lots of fun flavors and toppings for kids. I'm yet to try their pop corn or ice cream cakes but will do soon! Wish they had dining accommodation but they don't. Excellent customer service and great menu selection. They have a fridge in-store for larger tubs if you'd like take-away or for a party. They also do Ubereats ?“

“AVOID. AT ALL COSTS. so here i am, on a monday morning, visiting the square one mall. after getting a starbucks coffee, i passed next to the MADO bakery who seemed inviting, deciding to get some pastries to try. out of the 30 tables here, only 2 are occupied by patrons at 11:00am. so i order three baklava, for 5$ a piece (really expensive but ok) and take a seat. After 30 seconds an employee ask me (politely) to leave the place, because "outside drinks are not allowed". on a monday morning, on an empty restaurant, i got kicked out for wanting to try their pastries. so now, there i am, eating on a public bench, 20$ worth of "luxury" pastries. worst service ever, overhyped but empty place. oh, and the baklava were bland, and tasteless. it looked like i was eating a handful of sand. but hey, at least my starbuck coffee was good. AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS.“

“Huh, I feel like this place deserves a better review than what it has now. Although I do agree with some of the reviews that some of the drinks aren’t my fav, I do think they have some very good options as well!! I usually go for the mango pomelo drink or their Wednesday special drink (it’s a milk tea with taro balls and other stuff, it’s been awhile so I don’t remember it exactly but it was good lol).

I also used to do a lot of food blogging (still a foodie tho lol) and I’d say this place is a decent option, just have to know what drinks they are good for. Try the mango pomelo drink next time if you are there! Hope I’m helpful haha.“

“Qoola fresh has become a go-to for me whenever I need to get something nutritious and tasty. This place is singlehandedly making sure I don't go nutrient deficient

They are open during hours when most stores in York Lanes aren't yet, or when others are closed

The salads here taste good, and the portions are so big (the Rocket Arugula is 10/10). Never knew I would crave salad in my life 😭

The power and yogurt bowls also have a lot of variety and texture, and the avocado toast is good for when you aren't too hungry

The staff are also nice as well. When someone accidentally took my salad order, they made me another free of charge :)“

“AMAZING. 10 STAR! Service from the gentleman working tonight (6/23/24) I was experiencing an issue ordering through UberEats because it said delivery is unavailable.

I then proceeded to call their customer support line and an amazing lady from the USA order placing line answered the phone and transferred me straight to the store where I spoke to the guy.

Mentioned the issues to him, and he was polite enough to help me with my issue by recommending I download DoorDash. (Because DoorDash covered a longer distance from the store)

Without him I would’ve never known this workaround - and I would’ve been forced to drive 30 minutes to the store on a one way from my evening on the couch relaxing.

Now awaiting for the cookies to arrive, will update with pictures!
