“I’ve had my eyes on this place for a while now, but never had the chance to try their delicious desserts. They specialize in original soufflé cheesecake and basque burnt top cheesecake. They have recently partnered up with Balzac’s Coffee and offer their coffees.

They have cute and small cafe with a few chairs available inside and 2 tables outside. We ordered “Matcha Cloud Tiramisu”in a cup. It was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet which was great.“

“The sugar suite did and AMAZING job making my dream wedding cake come to life! We chose the Dulce De Leche flavour and it was amazing! The girl at the cash told me that COBS donates all leftover baked goods at the end of each day to local charities, school breakfast programs, and other community organizations, including food banks and after-school programs. I had no idea! I am so impressed! Not only is COBS is a Canadian business but they also help out the community. Amazing! And the food is the best!! I guess I will just make bread pudding tomorrow 🤗“

The choices are abundant too however their soup and sandwiches are the best. The missing star is for one bad customer service experience at the coffee shop.“
