“I walked in to order a coffee and an iced cap. The lady at the front was busy so I patiently waited for a few minutes. When she turned around and saw me waiting, she huffed as if annoyed that I was waiting to order. She then approached the counter and said nothing. I politely greeted her and proceeded to order my coffee and iced Capp. She made my order and placed the coffee and iced capp on the counter without saying a word and gestured to the straws instead of handing me one with the order. I politely thanked her but I was a little offset by her rude demeanour although I was still polite with her. Not impressed with the service.“

“I was in the Tim Hortons earlier today and witnessed a young lady being quite rude to the staff because her order was taking “too long” or something alone the lines. The restaurant seemed to be very busy, and those young workers were doing their very best to serve everyone quickly and with a smile.
