Tim Hortons in Orillia

“I recently started going to this Tim Hortons and I’ve been really impressed! The food comes out super quick, but still tastes fresh and delicious every time. My London Fog is usually ready right when I pull up to the window and even if it’s not, it’s never more than a 2-minute wait, which is awesome during a busy day.

I have to take a moment to recognize Micaela she’s an absolute gem. Always respectful, kind, and professional, which is something you don’t always see these days, especially in someone so young. Her positive attitude and constant smile truly brighten up the visit. She’s a great example of what excellent customer service looks like.

The staff are fast and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The store is always clean, the food and coffee are fresh, and the service is excellent. I’m especially impressed by Mahima. She is super quick, friendly, and always serves with a genuine smile. I come here often and every time she makes me feel welcomed and valued.

“good review: very friendly staff, always happy and chatty, gets most of our orders right, all food is always fresh bad review: can't get a simple tea right large tea TWO bags ONE and A HALF milk (even tho its right on the screen), coffee is always old and always serves the expired coffee before the fresh one, was told today that 2 and a half milk is not a big difference then 1 and a half milk. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WILL NO LONGER REPLACE MY TEA B.C ITS A EVERY OTHER DAY THING. this is NOT what tim hoetons stands for and you would never tell the owners or head office this.... would you?“

A very good selection of all foods and I honestly do not think I have ever been told they they are out of something I have ordered. Always smiling and pleasant. Enjoy using this location very much.“

“The Colborne Street Tim Hortons is absolutely my favourite location in Orillia. I will drive past other locations to go to this one. Mainly because the service is always the fastest in Orillia. I can be 3rd or 4th in line and be through faster than if I’m the only customer at any other location. Secondly, they always get my order right. I usually order multiple items and I’ve never had an order wrong from here. And last, but not least, the staff have always been friendly. I’ll also mention that I usually use the drive-thru but do go inside to order sometimes. Inside and out, the store has always been clean. Thanks for your great service at the Colborne Timmies!!“
