“Service here is starting to go downhill fast. The employee's barely talked to you or acknowledge you're even there. Too busy talking with other customers over the speaker box or to fellow employees. They had to remake my order twice, because they weren't listening to my simple instructions. It was just an iced coffee with no sugar, but twice, they put sugar in it lol simple stuff.“
“This is an amazing establishment, the coffee is always twenty minutes fresh, and the staff are friendly, quick and polite, there is many new items to choose from and the menu is constantly expanding! Overall the best Tims in Orillia!! 10/10 never a bad coffee“

“good review: very friendly staff, always happy and chatty, gets most of our orders right, all food is always fresh bad review: can't get a simple tea right large tea TWO bags ONE and A HALF milk (even tho its right on the screen), coffee is always old and always serves the expired coffee before the fresh one, was told today that 2 and a half milk is not a big difference then 1 and a half milk. “I visited this Tim Hortons in Orillia while travelling and was pleasantly surprised by how well‑run it is. Even though it was busy, the staff kept things moving and stayed upbeat. My order was accurate, the coffee was fresh, and the dining area was spotless. It made for a perfect pit stop on a long drive“

“This Tim's has the worst reputation in town. But does that stop it's employees from being ABSOLUTELY AMAZING?! No! This is my favorite Tim's. I can't always say the food is perfect or the coffee is always spot on, but I CAN say that everyone behind the counter are hard ass workers, they greet me with a smile, they are friendly and outgoing. I LOVE them! I wish I could remember the specific names of the employees who are always outstanding, but i know of two gentlemen that work there that are especially deserving of a 👏 Kudos! “Another of Orillia’s better locations. By far the best service with very easy entering and exiting options. A very good selection of all foods and I honestly do not think I have ever been told they they are out of something I have ordered. Always smiling and pleasant. Enjoy using this location very much.“
“I want to address ongoing issues at this Tim Hortons location. Despite being a loyal customer, I repeatedly receive incorrect food orders. Three times now, always the same thing. I have requested extra mayo on my sandwiches, paid for it because extra mayo is an extra cost, but then somehow I receive sandwiches without any mayo. 🤔. After contacting the store, I was promised a manager's call, but I never heard back. Due to this, I will be going to a different Tim Hortons from now on. New up date Jann the the manager of that location gave me a call this morning and wow, she was very apologetic. Let me know that she is going to make it right.“

The selection is a bit more limited, just because it's a smaller venue, inside of a gas station convenience store, but they still have plenty to appease just about everyone.
I have never had a complaint for this location. Thanks for bringing a smile and a friendly face along our travels!“
