“first time I ordered, I think i ordered either mild or hot, and was like "it's ok" but boy let me tell you, I ordered the hot af level of heat yesterday...the burn sensational, but today I'm hurting on my toilet😂 don't reccomend if your stomach can't handle super spicy stuff, but would order again a few small food critiques my chicken, was a little dry and lacking a crunch would suggest doing something about that, the slaw doesn't really taste like anything I get very little hint of the dill in it, for it being named "dill with it" and should imo have a larger portion size for the 20$ price tag in the combo, or at least include the drink“

“My husband, almost 10-month old just had the most delicious and healthy lunch here today. it was very healthy, very delicious and didn't break the bank. the customer service was exceptional. the owner was right there welcoming us it and explained everything to us! such a good experience! so happy to see healthy alternatives pop-up :)“

“I love the food but if you order with the app, check your food before you leave. I hadn’t ordered in months and was really looking forward to the buffalo chicken strips and they gave me regular chicken strips. We ordered a bottled iced tea and got a can instead. Of course everything is in bags and sealed so it makes it harder but it’s important. Not only did the cook make the wrong food but even the lady who packages it before you get it doesn’t notice.“

“I usually pick-up or order through Uber eats from this location and I have been mostly having my dinner here. Their grilled chicken is the best and cooked to perfection, which is always tasty and hot.
The reason for my mixed review is because of their customer service. I ordered a late night meal, as usual, and reached there pretty late. Even after waiting for 10~15mins no one bothered to check on my order and I was standing there like a fig tree!
The guy who was there, probably an arab guy, was video calling his girlfriend holding his mobile and touching all the foods for the pending orders at the same time. Saw him going inside the kitchen and taking off his shirt to show his topless body over the video call.
They are a perfect example of how some restaurants let customer service fall by the wayside when business is booming — driven by their brazen confidence that a few unhappy customers won’t make a difference.
PS: Order online, don't go to the restaurant.
Update: I'm surprised. They have actually improved their in-store service. They have employed some good employees and the service has improved. Please keep it up. Thanks“

“It was sunny the day we were there and we noticed that people had the sun in their eyes. When it was in our eyes, we asked to close the blind and we learned that the blind was removed many weeks before to be repaired. The waiters asked repeatedly during those weeks to have a blind installed because customers complained, but nothing was done. If you want customers to return to that restaurant, you need to provide a comfortable experience.“

“Every time we go to St. Hub., we get the same server and pretty much the same table. Our waitress's name is Manon. She is very kind, can take a joke, and remembers our order. It makes my day when she is our server. Love it! thank you.“

“We go to Benny & Co every week and Catherine is by far the best staff member there. She is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. No matter how busy it gets, she manages everything at the same time — phone call orders, drive-thru customers, people inside the restaurant, and serving food — and she still keeps a great attitude.
You can tell she works very hard and truly cares about the customers.
Benny & Co is lucky to have her. She definitely deserves recognition for her work — and honestly, she deserves a raise!“
